Dirty liars. Don't believe this dealership. We made a deal for winter mats and they were unsatisfactory. I called, they never called back. I called again. They never called back. We bought a lemon. Our first new car, our first Honda. We have regretted our purchase since the first day. On the day we picked up our new Honda Odyssey the controls on the dashboard didn't work. The dealership and Honda Canada have worked to fix it but it's very disappointing to pay monthly for a car that we fell completely un happy with. More

Mixed reviews. Great vehicle selection, great salesmen and great prices. I just got lied to, straight to my face which I did not appreciate. Purchased a vehicle (Sept 2020) with the condition that the b and great prices. I just got lied to, straight to my face which I did not appreciate. Purchased a vehicle (Sept 2020) with the condition that the back bumper would be fixed (came off the clips, no accident). The bumper had a few scrapes on it, but it was a used car, so it's expected. Went to pickup the vehicle and was told that they replaced it with a new bumper and painted it. He told me, on three instances, that it was replaced with a new one. Great, that is a bonus. Upon inspection, it's NOT new, clearly there are dents and dings (I didn't have a problem with the original one, apart from not being fixed to the quarter panel). Messup one. Its a different color (mine was pearl white, this one was flat bright white), and its clearly visable. Messup two. Was told that the oil would be changed. No, the car states its only at 50%. Messup three. I spoke to the salesman. He had the audacity to tell me that the body shop that they contract it out to doesn't use Honda supplies. Paint can be bought anywhere with the right paint code!!! I told him its a not a new bumper. His response, "What do you want me to do?" in a shrugging fashion...really!?! I didn't notice the oil life until I got home, so didn't bring it up. Why not just tell the truth, I would have been ok with that, but no. They lie. Attempted to get ahold of them the week of Sept 21st, no response back. Attempt 2 on Sept 29th, no response. I'm going to try and contact them again today (Oct 8th). Caveat: Expect great prices, but know that you may get lied to. More
