I had brought my civic in here for some recalls to be done. There weren't any problems with them taking the vehicle from my hands as it all went smoothly. I then got a call 6 hours later saying they need done. There weren't any problems with them taking the vehicle from my hands as it all went smoothly. I then got a call 6 hours later saying they need to keep my vehicle overnight for the parts to get there, I agreed and waited till the next day. The following day came around and at Noon I got a call from them saying the part isn't there, as it was on 'back order', the service advisor had convinced me to buy a new water part to be installed onto the vehicle. My bill at this point has gone up to close to $400. On the same call hes told me that my car will is NOT drivable and will need to be there from 2 weeks to 2 months. That's ridiculous, as I will need this vehicle to drive to a different province in 4 days so I could go back to work as I am an essential worker. I was told that the service Rep has to talk to someone about this problem, but has then since not called me back and we're moving into the 3rd day with me not having a vehicle and is worried that I might lose my job, all for a recall service, that has now been bumped up from $0-$400+ Very disappointing for a place that my family had trusted and has bought their last 2 vehicles from. More

Purchased 3 vehicles in 11 years. Watched the customer service go downhill. Had a issue and they wouldn’t do anything. Going to ford. Disappointing they don’t care about a long term customer.
