So disappointed, went to purchase a car advertised by the dealership via AutoTrader, made the appointment, appointment was confirmed the day before So disappointed, went to purchase a car advertised by the dealership via AutoTrader, made the appointment, appointment was confirmed the day before we arrived early after 20 minutes asked the front desk again for the person we were to meet anyhow ended up with somebody else. So we find out the car we were here for had been sold that morning (our appointment was at 11:00 we got there at 10:45) so we move on and test drive 2 other cars . While sitting with the sales person we point out one of the car we are interested in on the Honda Whitby (300 Thinkson south) the listed price was 25,000 however on the their spread sheet it showed 29,999, asked the sales person what would be honoured he said the website price as it’s more current than their spreadsheet, so all is good doing the paperwork and the salesperson tells us the MG said it’s a 3rd party error and the price is 29,000 no meeting half way. So my advise is stay away from this dealership they know they can get away with all the xxxxxxxx because off the demand for cars, if these were different times this would be false advertising , anything advertised for Honda Whitby at 300 Thinkson rd south, the pricing will seem great but please know that it’s their way of luring you to their dealership, great sales tactics yes, but certainly LACKING in loyal and honest customer service. They know you need them so they will ripe you off. Stay away from them trust me you will go for a car listed at one price and end up paying more because of an error…seems to be their go-to response. Christian was amazing. Although we did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Honda it was no fault of Christian's. He was an amazing salesperson. I made an appointment in June for July 18, 2022 at 10:00am. I received 4 email and text reminders of the appointment time. Upon arrival Honda service representative informed me that the vehicle would 10:00am. I received 4 email and text reminders of the appointment time. Upon arrival Honda service representative informed me that the vehicle would be ready 4-5pm and they were not beginning the service at 10:00am. Further, they do not have the product required to repair the recall area, so it was an inspection only, and I have to make a second appointment if further service is required. This is completely unacceptable. I lost the use of my vehicle for a complete business day. And I may have to do it all again because of poor planning by your parts/product people. Not one of the appointment reminders advised of the delay or non-service of my vehicle. Your system is seriously flawed and no one will take ownership of the negative impact on your customer. Your service advisor acknowledges the problem. The dealership knows the problem. But no one at Honda has the fortitude to do anything about it. Shameful and substandard. More
