New Car Purchase Experience was First Class All The Way! My experience during the process of choosing and ultimately purchasing a new car at this dealership was excellent. The Sales Consultant Bryan Weir was My experience during the process of choosing and ultimately purchasing a new car at this dealership was excellent. The Sales Consultant Bryan Weir was was a first rate professional whose customer service skills were exceptional. He answered all of my questions and guided me through the entire process from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to make my experience as easy and pain free as possible. He was both patient and very knowledgeable about the car I was considering, while offering sound advice about the car based on the "must have" versus "nice to have" features that fit with my budget. I definitely felt like a V.I.P! Everyone that I interacted with at this dealership were helpful and accommodating, making my experience a pleasant one. More

Problems with my used Honda Advertised as having 55000 km, valued priced, clean car fax and 100 point inspection but when traveled to see, it had over 60000 km. within one week Advertised as having 55000 km, valued priced, clean car fax and 100 point inspection but when traveled to see, it had over 60000 km. within one week of purchase had to replace stabilizing links and torn windshield wipers. Found out car had repainted hood, rear bumper and bent rear bumper horns. Service missed fixing the stabilizing links when it was serviced and checked by them when it was still under warranty. They should stand behind the product they advertised and sell. It wasn't valued priced if you didn't put the correct mileage into your program! Service manager and Sales manager did not to help address my problems. What does Family dealership mean? They split the profits among themselves. More

Excellent Customer Service! Was searching for a used minvan and Whitby Honda had both a good selection and great customer service. Nick Mohr was exceptional is answering my var Was searching for a used minvan and Whitby Honda had both a good selection and great customer service. Nick Mohr was exceptional is answering my various questions and guiding me along the process. He went above and beyond to make my experience easy and painless. He educated me when necessary and offered his own advice as well - also came across as unbiased which was refreshing. He didn't try to up sell me on anything and showed me only those vehicles that fit my need and budget. He explained the pros and cons of various features and helped me understand what was important and what was likely a waste of time and money. There was no pressure to buy and he was extremely responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. I visited several various Toyota and Honda dealerships and none were quite as complete in its customer service and Nick and his colleagues deserve a lot of credit for this. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and accommodating. I'm pretty picky and hard to please so its nice to find a place that understands customer service makes a difference. More
