Two years is the maximum length I'm willing to consider due to an expected career change in two years, but unfortunately the terms of a two year lease are not practical. Even though I didn't end up doing any business during this visit, Nick was pleasant and did everything in his power to try to accommodate me. mostly a good experience Originally showed up for service. Had an appointment at 10 and my car wasn't in a service bay at 1pm, so I took my car and left. While I was there Originally showed up for service. Had an appointment at 10 and my car wasn't in a service bay at 1pm, so I took my car and left. While I was there I saw a used car and we came to a deal and I purchased it. Generally a good experience except for the actual purchase. Finance advised me to lie on my application because I'm an investor and don't have a 'traditional' job. This cased financing to fail, and I had pull teeth to get my deposit back. That was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership, hands down. However, Nik made up for it by going the extra mile. He is the only saving grace for the experience and the only reason the review was not 1 star. Nik - keep up the good work. The rest of you.. pull your socks up. More
