My Experience Before purchasing my vehicle at Honda, I didn't know how to go about purchasing a car. So I went on the Whitby Honda dealership page and booked a test Before purchasing my vehicle at Honda, I didn't know how to go about purchasing a car. So I went on the Whitby Honda dealership page and booked a test drive for a vehicle I was interested in. Within the next business hour a Honda associate contacted me saying that I could come in for a test drive at my convenience. So the next day I arrived at the dealership in hopes of finding out about a new car. I was greeted by Rebecca Simpson right away. She was polite and friendly and made me feel welcome. Although the car I had originally was interested in fell through, Rebecca showed me a list of other car possibilities that I could choose from. So after two days of her running around and giving me lots of options I then settled on my first car. The Whitby Honda Team really impressed me and were very friendly. What I liked most was there was no pushing or urgency to buy a vehicle. It wasn't about making the sale, it was about making sure the customer felt confident and happy in whatever decision was made. I highly recommend Whitby Honda for the first timers and ones looking for a new car. I appreciate everything the Team at Whitby Honda has done for me, and I highly recommend Rebecca Simpson. How do I love thee? ......Let me count the ways. I have never written such a review before. My wife and daughter accompanied my mother-in-law to Oshawa Whitby Honda, to purchase a new HRV. We are all I have never written such a review before. My wife and daughter accompanied my mother-in-law to Oshawa Whitby Honda, to purchase a new HRV. We are all in agreement that Nick Mohr gave us the best automobile buying experience anyone of us had ever experienced. We were there 5 hours, and at no time did he make us feel as though we were taking up is time. He made us feel valued ! He showed us multiple vehicles, and even brought one in from an extra lot they had for excess cars, just so we could see first hand what a certain colour looked like on that model. Nick Mohr was kind, patient, and a wealth of knowledge; answering every question put to him , clearly and honestly. He helped my mother-in-law find , not only the perfect fit in terms of options, but also the best way for her to acquire the auto, in terms of leasing or financing. If I could give Nick a 6 out of 5; I would. We enjoyed his stories and analogies. We will not hesitate to recommend Oshawa/Whitby Honda , and in particular, Nick Mohr to our friends and relatives as a " world class " dealership , and a " rock star " salesman who seriously cares about his clients..........THANK YOU NICK ! Professional, Pleasant Experience - K&M On the recommendation of a family member, we went to Rebecca Simpson to purchase a new Honda CR-V and are happy that we did. We had done our research On the recommendation of a family member, we went to Rebecca Simpson to purchase a new Honda CR-V and are happy that we did. We had done our research and already decided on a CR-V (and were fairly certain that we wanted the Touring trim package). Nevertheless, Rebecca took the time to discuss and compare the different CR-V trim packages and accompanied us on a test drive in the CR-V Touring to explain and demonstrate the features we had questions about. She must have spent at least 2 hours with us on this initial information-gathering visit, and her thorough product knowledge and helpful attitude made it a pleasant experience. At no point was there any pressure to up-sell us nor to conclude "a deal" today. After thinking about it for a day or 2, we made an appointment to return and discuss the financial details and, long-story-short, after a respectful negotiation (on the part of everybody involved), we reached a deal that we think everyone was happy with. In summary, we found Rebecca to be knowledgeable, helpful and very professional, and have no hesitation in recommending her to others. More

Amazing service, grand experience I am new to Honda, and this was my very first new far I ever bought. Rebecca made it very simple, relaxing, and easy to look at new cars. She was flexible in meeting with me as I am from out of town, and made it quite easy to look at the different options Honda offered, I had done my research in SUV's, and Honda surpassed my expectations in quality, design, and price. I would definitely recommend Rebecca and Kyle from Whitby Honda, they always made for a pleasant experience, whether it was over the phone or in person. Love my new HRV, I'm Honda for life :) More

Awesome and worry free experience My wife and I stood at the reception in a small line up, and people ahead of us were being assigned Sales Person for potential buying. I am so glad My wife and I stood at the reception in a small line up, and people ahead of us were being assigned Sales Person for potential buying. I am so glad that I was in the lineup, that fate ended us up with Hasan Habib. What a pleasant individual this young lad is - He is so cool, in sitting us down at his desk and letting us use his computer to input our needs, to come up with the best option. There was no pressure to buy, and you just had to ask to test drive a vehicle, and within minutes, there it was. Hasan is pretty knowledgeable with cars, and answered most of our questions right away. We were concerned about the length of the SUV we wanted to buy, whether it would fit in our garage - So Hasan, although gave us a good idea, went out all the way with a measuring tape, to let us know the dimensions, and further, went to the service department, and got us the printout of the vehicle dimensions, for accuracy - Now that is some added value, dealing with potential buyers, and tells you of the dealership and the person you are dealing with, and reflects the willingness to go beyond the call of duty. On day of picking up the vehicle, Hasan made sure that the vehicle was all ready in its entirety, and demonstrated us some functions on the video screen of the vehicle. The SUV we bought, I get so many compliments every time I am on the road, and even though it is a certified used vehicle, the condition is immaculate, and I have to admit, I lied on one occasion to tell people that the SUV was "brand new". Very well rounded and great with my 2 yr old lol Jason was great to deal with. It took 4 visits with a screaming baby to get the car that I wanted lol and Jason made me feel comfortable the whole tim Jason was great to deal with.
