Thanks for your review, it is rare that 2 cars sell virtually simultaneously in different parts of the showroom, but this is what happened here. The price truly had nothing to do with this situation, we must assure you. In the end the only fair thing to do was to sell the car to the person who actually signed first. With regard to the car still being online the next day, this is normal until a day or two after the vehicle is actually delivered, which usually happens 2-5 days after the initial purchase. We are reviewing our process with regard to simultaneous visits on the same car to ensure that this does not happen again, and you deserve our sincere apology.

Hello, thank you for your review. Diagnoses have generally been separate and distinct from repair charges in the automotive business, and we, like other Honda dealerships, are similar. Many diagnoses are time-consuming for a technician, and the technicians are paid for their time in most shops. But none of this happens without our customers' approval. At our dealership we are honest and up-front about diagnosis charges, and have our customers authorize all work with their signatures before we perform it.

Generally? My car was repaired in different Honda dealers because of moving. I never heard there is a separate charge. Normally, the dealer finds the issue and give a quote for fixing. If I don't want to repair, then I have to pay a diagnosis fee. Since you already found the parts need to be replaced, why did you put everything back before informing customer. Waste Labour...

Hi Mr. Coers, thanks for your review. The advantages of researching vehicles on the internet and conducting a healthy part of the negotiation online are really positive things for our industry. Estimated trade values long distance are an increasing part of our world, and it is usually a good thing. Of course, vehicles are now very complex mechanically, electronically, and cosmetically, and a good dealership must reserve the right to offer their final trade value upon a physical inspection of the vehicle. Similarly, very few of us as consumers ever buy expensive things like vehicles 'sight unseen'. We understand that the noises in the steering rack of your vehicle created concern for the appraising manager, and required a small adjustment in your trade value when it was driven by us at our store for the first time. It truly is hard on both parties when this happens, but please accept our apologies for any undue stress it created for you, we assure you it was not intentional.

Yes, shame on me for purchasing the $50000, 2015 Pilot from you "sight unseen" and trusting it would be looked over thoroughly and dignosed like my trade in was during my time at your dealership. I to would have asked for "a small adjustment" in my agreed upon purchase price. The problem (clicking) in my newly purchased pilot's steering column has been there since the day of purchase......notified your sales rep within a week (I have email proof) Disappointed and frustrated that this wasn't caught ahead of time and that service call got me no where.
