The sales Manager Frank Salomane and Luke are doesn't keep up their words and treating customers are very badly. After the agreed the deal and collected all personal documents to process the file. After waiting 2 hour they said, it has been sold to some other customer for full listed price with other sales manager but reality is next day they advertised the same car with higher amount. This shows how these dealers are working with no least business ethics. More

Rip-off I have been a Honda customer for 10 years, and had services and repairs in other dealerships. First time to know that I need to pay $130 for the inspe I have been a Honda customer for 10 years, and had services and repairs in other dealerships. First time to know that I need to pay $130 for the inspection to identify issue only, and extra money for real repair (parts + Labour). Stay away from Whitby Honda service!!! More

Disappointing! Peter was great when it came to sales and giving the information about the car I was buying, but once I signed on the dotted line and I required furth Peter was great when it came to sales and giving the information about the car I was buying, but once I signed on the dotted line and I required further service from Peter he did not return any of my call's. I am still waiting after 5 voice mails and an in person visit still waiting!!! Very disappointing service! More

Never again Purchased a vehicle in April.....everything was great, friendly, etc. until pickup day. After our deal was made to trade in my 2010 Pilot for a 2015 Purchased a vehicle in April.....everything was great, friendly, etc. until pickup day. After our deal was made to trade in my 2010 Pilot for a 2015 the sales manager and sales rep did their song and dance to grind more money out of me. Had me sitting around waiting, saying there was problems with my trade in front end. It felt like extortion because everything was agreed upon they knew I had driven a distance to pick up my vehicle. Ironically, the 2015 they sold me has a constant clicking in the steering column (clock spring) and Honda service shrug it off..... I don't even want this vehicle. My 2nd and last Honda purchase.....never again More
