My wife purchased a 2023 CRV Touring Hybrid. Almost 3 months ago. Ordered with towing package and winter mats (almost 2000 dollars extra). When you have dealt with this dealership for the last 4 or 5 new car purchases and no problems, they REALLY DROPPED THE BALL on this one.
