Honda CRV 2018 Dave is very passionate of what he is doing. They say if you love your job you are not gonna work for the rest of your life. That's exactly what he is, he love what he is doing and he really nailed it. I bought a new Honda CRV and he explained every new features that it has. He go above and beyond my expectation. He really made sure that when there are questions and concerns he will reply and take an action right away. He is a man of action! He is the right man for this kindnof job. If not for him I may not buy from this dealership. I would tell their management to keep this guy and promote him whenever there's a bigger opportunity within the dealership. He would be the best general manager and the result would be more sales and more customer recommendations. Thanks Dave! More power! More

Your dealership is close to two hours away from my home, the website indicates that I can submit my trade information online for an appraisal. Submitted all my information including requested pictures. Have been contacted several times with promises of trade value range coming. Had requested to have information by last weekend as I wanted to finalize the deal this week - zero follow-up. Still no trade appraisal range, no apparent interest from the dealer at all in working with me. Very disappointed More
worst customer service ever, deserve 0 stars Put money down on my credit card to hold 2 vehicles, came in to inspect them and they had sold one of the vehicles. Doesn't putting money down mean something? Would not even look at your trade in, offering only $200-$300 no matter what the vehicle, mileage or condition. They did not care. Did not communicate well. Seemed haphazard and unorganised. Asked to test drive a vehicle, they didn't have a key, another manager had taken it and wasn't in that day. Tried to negotiate a fair and honest and reasonable price, the manager was one of the most rude people I have met in my life and was out of control. Felt like we were being attacked. He may need some medical help. I don't wish this experience on anyone else. More

Since dealing with Peter Van Dorsser last year for my CRV, our family needed a second car and I briefly shopped around other dealers. No other dealership provided service as good as Peter did, so I knew who to go back to. Peter kept in touch with me for the past year, not to sell, but to follow up with my first purchase and make sure I was happy with my car. He remembered me and my family, understood my needs, and was able to offer me a fair price on a car I wanted. Best thing about Peter is that he knows my personality and understands my expectations. Knowing that I am a 'numbers' guy, he broke down all the options of financing and leasing, making everything clear and easy to understand. He was also quick and efficient with the closing and I had my car ready by when I wanted it. Ashley in finance was also very thorough with the details of payments, and was also quick to get everything processed. Sammie was very pleasant to deal with upon delivery, and was very patient with me as I had to contact my insurance for paperwork o the day of pick up. Overall, it was another extraordinary experience, just as I expected at Whitby Oshawa Honda. More

Frustrated with lack of action My 2017 CRV has been in to Whitby Honda 3 times for issues that have never been fixed. First time was a few months after we bought it last year when My 2017 CRV has been in to Whitby Honda 3 times for issues that have never been fixed. First time was a few months after we bought it last year when the auto high beam lights malfunctioned. They said there was no error message and they disabled the auto high beams as a solution. A few months later the cruise control acted up with an error message. When we took the car in they said there was no error message and said that the rain probably caused it to malfunction and that this was a common problem. Nothing was done. Last Sunday on the 400 during the rain storm the engine light came on and our car lost power. We had a frightening experience trying to cross 3 busy lanes to get off to the shoulder with a car that was steadily losing speed. The manual said that if this light flashes on and off then a piston has misfired and to pull over and turn the car off. Whitby Honda had our car for 2 days and told us the there was no error code and that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car. I spoke to the service manager and he promised to have the mechanic look at the car again. After another day they told me that there is nothing wrong with the car. I called customer service and they tell me it will take 10 days at least before they can look into this. Meanwhile they want me to drive an unsafe car that is only a year old! Unacceptable. More

On his day off, John arranged for Samantha to shuttle me from my home to the dealership to pick up my CRV, which meant I didn't have to make arrangements to get to the dealership from Brooklin. Much appreciated. More
