Reprehensible Treatment of a Senior My father, aged 84 purchased a used Acura sedan last Monday. On Tuesday evening he received a call to arrange a Thursday pickup. With cash in hand h My father, aged 84 purchased a used Acura sedan last Monday. On Tuesday evening he received a call to arrange a Thursday pickup. With cash in hand he arrived Thursday to be told that the employee, (since fired) had made an error and that the car would be ready the following Monday at 2:00 p.m. Promptly at 2:00 today my father was told by salesman George that he would need to wait until 3:00 as they had not switched the ownership. George reappeared 5 minutes later to say that the car would not be ready at all as the windshield needed replacing. Sales managers were “in a meeting”. Salesman George was not able to explain who was responsible for managing the preparation of the vehicle for pickup. Apparently no one was overseeing this process at all. It is difficult to determine whether or not this is a case of blatant ageism worthy of a complaint to the Human Rights Commission. Perhaps this dealership makes a practice of ineptitude and incompetence? Calls to the Sales Manager were not returned. This dealership is not worthy; spend your dollars where you will be valued as a customer and not treated in this unconscionable manner. More

Excellent Service by Mike Q I came in to this location to lease a new 2018 Honda Civic. When I entered I was greeted by Mike, one of the sale consultants. Mike was very profess I came in to this location to lease a new 2018 Honda Civic. When I entered I was greeted by Mike, one of the sale consultants. Mike was very professional from the beginning to the end, and no matter what questions we asked he always had an answer and explained everything about the leasing process for my car. There was no pressure on the customer to buy and this made the whole sales process much easier. Very competitive rates and great models to drive. I would definitely come back after my term to this location and lease another car all thanks to Mikes excellent service! More

Poor customer service and no call back My husband and I were looking for a preowned CR V Touring and had visited this dealership prior dealing with Colin who was vey helpful but when we ret My husband and I were looking for a preowned CR V Touring and had visited this dealership prior dealing with Colin who was vey helpful but when we retuned he was unavailable (we should've made an appoint) so we had to wait almost 45 mins for another sales rep. We had already taken a gray vehicle for a test drive but wanted to see the black one before deciding. . We were told the gray one was sold and the black was off site undergoing a "service check" so we gave the sales person our cell number and asked him to call us when the vehicle was back on the lot for us to see and also to let us know should the deal for the gray one fall through and become available. I continued to look and ended up purchasing somewhere else but noticed the 2 vehicles we were interested in was still on the dealership website so I called and was told the vehicle was available and not sold. I'm not sure why the sales rep never called as he had our number in his cell phone so he can't use the excuse that he lost the number and this would've been an easy sale as we had already done our homework and was ready to purchase.
