Peter is a LIAR! Peter told me the engine had been replaced on my 2006 Honda CR-V. After I bought it, I found out it doesn't have a replacement engine. I told Peter and now he doesn't remember telling me that. Now Peter is lying to his Boss, and is telling him that he never said it had a replacement engine. Now I'm stuck with a car that I payed $3000 for it, and now it needs an engine. Peter is not to be trusted. More

No one returns calls or emails. We wanted to purchase a car and made a Deposit however after talking to our insurance realised it's way to expensive so we decided not to purchase. This began a 2 week headache of trying to get in touch with George to get our deposit returned only to be told its final sale. I was shocked because we didn't purchase. The terms and conditions do say full refund but as of this moment we still don't have it. They may have been telling people this information for a long time and misleading them to believe it. Worst service ever. More

Broke something and are not taking responsibility I took my CRV for oil change and the recall on airbag. When I got my car back, the part that they have to open to get access to passenger's airbag co I took my CRV for oil change and the recall on airbag. When I got my car back, the part that they have to open to get access to passenger's airbag contains the USB port. I used the USB port for playing music from an iPod and for charging my phone. When I got my car back, the USB port was tucked away and it wasn't working anymore. They also left a large oil stain on my visor. I made an appointment to take the car back and for them to fix what they broke. I wasted a whole day waiting for them to look at my car even though the appointment was at 8am in the morning. There was no communication unless I kept asking. At the end of the day, they said that if they are to fix it, it would come out of my own pocket. Honda should warn their customers that the recall fix will break their USB port and that the customer would be responsible for getting it fixed. More
