Completely Incompetent Service Department! I have been a customer here for years with mixed experiences, some good, some bad, but my most recent one was absolutely horrible and will make it s I have been a customer here for years with mixed experiences, some good, some bad, but my most recent one was absolutely horrible and will make it so I NEVER return! Pickering and Clarington are close enough for warranty work. What happened was I was leaking coolant on a 1 year old Pilot. I told them this when bringing it in for an oil change. They topped up the coolant and made an appointment to check it again while doing other maintenance work. When I brought it back, they found no issue and told me to come get the car. Little did they know I had looked under the cowling and seen the coolant leak myself from the rad / rad cap area. They simply said because the reservoir was topped up it was fine. I pointed this out to them and they ordered a new rad cap. When I went to pick up the vehicle, it was after service hours so they said go to the main reception. My keys were no where to be found and I had to come back the next day. When I came back, I complained to Jesse the Service Manager. He was SO ignorant and blamed the Sales Department. Then proceeded to scold me for having a catch can, which has NOTHING to do with a rad leak! I asked for compensation for having to come back multiple times and he arrogantly said "no". I informed him I wouldn't be returning and he said "okay". He never even attempted to make things right. He was so ignorant. I was furious! If I treated my customers that way, I wouldn't have a business! He should be fired! Save yourself heartache and wasted time. Go somewhere else! More
