Excellent Service I went with my daughter to buy her first new car. We stopped at Hyundai and the salesman didn't seem to interested in selling us a car. Our next stop was Whitby Oshawa Honda and we walked in and met Dan Olszewski. What an experience. Super knowledgable, answered all our questions, took us out on a few test drives and showed us all the features the CRV had to offer. My daughter was deciding between two different levels of the CRV and Dan showed her the difference in price with her loan payment. When she decided to buy it, he stayed 2 hours after closing while we discussed financing with Peter. I have to say talking to Trevor, Peter and Dan was fantastic. Great sales team. Never Again When buying a car from Adam it was my very first experience with becoming a new car owner. At first he seemed kind, caring and receptive but in the long run all Adam truly cared about what making a sale. He pressured me in a pick up date sooner than arranged, when I didn't comply he threatened that my specific car, and extra's would not be available for me. Needless to say I did what I had to do to come up with the money to comply and please him. When coming to the dealership for my first oil change they forgot to put my valve caps back on the tires. If something so simple was missed, what else was missed. I will NEVER return to Whitby/Oshawa Honda and I advise you to stay away as well. More

Right from the moment she introduced herself she was extremely friendly and listened to what I was looking for and did her very best to help me find it. She didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need or want, but took the time to ask me what I was looking for and tried her best to find the perfect car for me. In the end I wasn't able to buy from Anna, and that's very unfortunate because I absolutely wanted to give her and Whitby Oshawa Honda my business but we couldn't find a car that fit my criteria. If we had found one I would have been thrilled to be buying from Anna, and when I am ready to buy my next car I will be going straight to Whitby Oshawa Honda and asking to see Anna. More
