As a salesperson Nick was helpful, genuine, friendly, I purchased by first car at Oshawa Whitby Honda where Nick and Amy made it simple and enjoyable. As a salesperson Nick was helpful, genuine, friendly, and in general made the process easy. He helped me find a car in my budget that fit my requirements without pressuring me to spend more or increase my budget. George and Amy were both very knowledgeable in their respective parts of purchasing the car and made the entire process run smoothly, despite me being new to the whole thing. I would definitely recommend considering this dealership when buying a car, if not for the quality of Honda products then definitely for the people working there! More

Worst customer service ever. Would give 0 stars if I could but unfortunately I had to pick 1. My entire deal with honda has been a nightmare from the start. It took a week to deliver the car and when they finally did, the detail clean was horrible they left wrappers and a piece of chalk inside, they didnt buff the scratches at the back of the vehicle like they said nor did they fix the front seat like they also said they would do. And then when I get it home, I go to lock it and realize both key fobs dont work for keyless entry. So I go back out and get new batteries - still doesnt work. So I've been in contact with Honda for 5 days now because my sales rep was on vacation and no one else wanted to help me. When he comes back he says his hands are tied and theres nothing they can do for me. He said they worked for him so yeah obviously they magically stopped working when I touched them. I called dodge as he recommended me do since honda wont do a thing for me and they've quoted me $300-400 per key fob. Great service. This was my first vehicle purchase and I've never been more disappointed. More

I would recommend everyone to request Bryan as i found him to be very thoughtful and caring and making sure that me and my wife whom he met the first time had a comfortable experience. Also just to add the knowledge he had on the product was great. The personal experience he used to inform us of all the details of the car really helped and made our decision more certain on what we wanted. Not happy with the unprofessionalism So I really was UNHAPPY with my experience with whitby oshawa honda. At first the service manager, Carie, was good and found the problem with my car. I decided not to go ahead with the fix and Carie told me that she would get the mechanic to put everything back the way they found it.... they didn't. When I went to go and pay/ pick up my car, they couldn't find it in the lot. It took 3 different employees and 25 MIN for them to find my car. I get in all mad at this point and don't even realize that half the seats in the back aren't put back in. I get a call from my wife the next day about how she can't get the kids to gymnastics as the seats are not securely put back in. She tries to put them in herself and ends up hurting her back!!! She couldn't get the seats to go back in and the kids missed their gymnastics class that day. Im very upset with whitby oshawa honda dealership for the lack of professionalism that I have experienced and will NEVER go back. More
