I WAS TOLD MY OIL CHANGE WOULD TAKE 1 1/2 HOURS.IT TOOK 2 1/2 HOURS. EVERY YEAR IN THE PAST THE SERVICE ADVISOR WOULD REVIEW THE BILL WITH YOU.NOT THIS YEAR.LAST YEAR I PAID $ 102 FOR A OIL CHANGE.THIS YEA 1/2 HOURS. Had a disappointing experience attempting to buy a used car today. After finding a vehicle that I really liked and sitting down with the salesman, I was told it is now policy at this dealership not to acce car today. After finding a vehicle that I really liked and sitting down with the salesman, I was told it is now policy at this dealership not to accept cash payments, financing is the only option. After being absolutely floored by this and attempting to leave, the salesman did the typical, "well let me go talk to my manager and see what I can do for you" stuff. After about 5 minutes he comes back and says, "my manager is with another customer but he's willing to accept cash on this vehicle, but for today only if you agree to pay the full sticker price". After confirming that they are not willing to negotiate on price what-so-ever if I wish to pay cash today, he said, "yes". Stay away from Wheaton Honda. Payment isn't good enough for them. Apparently the only way they wish to sell you a vehicle is if you're willing to pay years of interest. More

I’ve been going to Wheaton Honda for years; all around a decent dealership as far as Honda dealerships go. Kris on the other hand was a nightmare to deal with. I was trying to buy out my lease and he kept g decent dealership as far as Honda dealerships go. Kris on the other hand was a nightmare to deal with. I was trying to buy out my lease and he kept giving me the run around, I finally scheduled an appointment to sign the paperwork and he made me wait for 45 minutes before sending someone to tell me I’d never made an appointment and he’d been “contacting me for days with no avail” even though I had multiple email correspondence from the days previous to refer to. I emailed him asking to reschedule for the next day as this was a huge inconvenience for me, and he proceeded to ignore my emails. I highly recommend working with anyone other than Kris at Wheaton Honda. More
