Bought a car from them, it was an amazing car! There was no pressure from anybody to upsell when I was very clear on what I wanted. My car did have issues about a week after I had gotten it, but I called the dealership and they booked an appointment for me the following day. I had to be set up in a loaner vehicle, and my car had to have some parts ordered for it. The loaner car was a beautiful 2023 Honda Civic that I didn't have to pay for at all. As they worked on my car, they looked through for more potential issues, found some and fixed them. A <$1500 bill (just for parts!) and the loaner car was completely taken care of by the dealership as they understood it was not me who had caused these issues. They could have said nothing about the other issues, they could have sent me on my way with the thing I came in for fixed and never mentioned it to me. Instead, they took the time to fix these issues on their dollar and time. Every single person I had interacted with was absolutely amazing. These are kind, honest people who understand what you need and want and work their butts off to help you get there. I have seen some bad reviews here for some reason or another, but I genuinely don't think you should believe them. Go look at the Google reviews, or better yet, go there yourself. Meet these people and you will see for yourself how far they will go for you. More
