He was friendly not too "pushy", asked more about what I need rather than what they want me to get. The car I wanted was not available in the color I want, Devin spent sometime to find the color I want, after making calls he did succeed. The financing process was done immediately. Shannon went through my credit check, it took no longer than couple of minutes. She offered me some additional packages to add on with no pressure. Very easy process, well explained. I Live about 5 hours away from Edmonton. Because of the additional packages I have added on, I had to come back in a later day to pick up the car. Devin agreed to meet me at the dealership on his day off, a Sunday (dealership closed) to hand me the keys. I recommend this dealership, they go the extra mile to satisfy their clients. More

And his answer was not even the answer for my question. He'd given us the prices of rims. Because maybe were asians he thought to give us the prices right away. He might have this mind set that we can't afford it. Such a racist individual. We'd like going to Honda wheaton because our past visits were pleasant. We were always treated very nicely and customer services were always excellent, not until today. If you have a certain personal opinion on something don't bring it with you at work. Leave it to yourself because when you're working you're not only representing yourself but you are representing the company as well. What just this person did was a dishonor to this car company's name. More

These people continue to amaze me! I went to a sales day with my grandson, he gave me 45 mins and was a great co pilot and backseat judge. We test drove HR V and CR V and my grandson said just buy it, the CR V. While Brandon was going over the options, I told him of my time constraints, he respected that and I also spoke about my needs as well as allergies to strong new car smells. Brandon sold me a CR V I didn't even test drive because it was cloth and the strong car smell would be less. He really listened to me and we did the deal within an hour. I had a minor issue when Brandon called to follow up to see how my first 24 hrs went and he told me to pop back, I did and they put plans in place to resolve my minor issue. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I will continue to recommend them, especially Brandon, who was great to deal with. Thank you Brandon, Shannon, Carlos, Vu and Wheaton Honda, for a top notch experience all the way! More

Not satisfied with diagnose. This service centre just finished the recommended service on my 2012 Honda odyssey. Breaks were inspected at that time. I came to know when I drove to This service centre just finished the recommended service on my 2012 Honda odyssey. Breaks were inspected at that time. I came to know when I drove to BC that at highway speed while braking, my van's steering wheel start shaking. I drove to Calgary before service it was OK. I brought my van back to dealership to address the problem this week . They charge me $139 + tax+ shop supplies to machine the front rotter. How come rotters need to be machined at 40,000 kms. while these rotters were inspected just 2 months ago. It could be one of the reason, uneven torquing of the wheels during recommended service. I am completely unsatisfied with this diagnose. I have extended warranty till 2019. they said its not covered. More
