Wheaton Honda was by far the best dealership we visited We were looking for a new SUV and had narrowed it down to Honda and Hyundai. Wheaton Honda was suggested to me by a co-worker (after a poor experi We were looking for a new SUV and had narrowed it down to Honda and Hyundai. Wheaton Honda was suggested to me by a co-worker (after a poor experience at another Honda dealership), and even though it is on the other side of the city from me, I still took made the trek. I wasn't disappointed. Even though the salesperson recommended to me had shifted to service, his partner, Dan, was friendly, helpful and provided lots of useful information. When we decided to buy a Honda, he helped us through the purchase phase and offered a great deal for my trade-in. The CRV has exceeded expectations and we're very happy to have it now that winter has hit. More

We negotiated extra oil changes in our deal for our new car and when we went to get our oil changed they said that we didn't have any free oil changes. Our salesman told us that we were given coupons for the oil changes (at the time of sale he told us they would all be put on our acct). We called to ask about our warranty and we didn't receive a call back or any form of a response. Had to call back again ourselves. When we spoke to the manager he was a complete jerk. Will not use this dealership again. We have 2 friends that have had bad experiences here and we should have listened to them before purchasing our car. If you want a Honda, use the west end dealership! More

Vu Dao their new ca My wife was looking at switching up her Honda Pilot and I was dealing with another dealership looking to get a new Subaru Impreza. Vu Dao their new car sales manager said if I was interested he would be able to get me the vehicle that I wanted through them also. My wife ended up not getting a new vehicle and Vu and his team still came through with the Subaru I wanted at a lower price and better interest rate then I was being offered through the local Subaru dealership!! Overall it was an awesome experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking no matter what vehicle type they want! More

Truthful Called to check on the availability of an HRW awd, was told by another dealer there were none available. Devin told me they could possibly find one f Called to check on the availability of an HRW awd, was told by another dealer there were none available. Devin told me they could possibly find one from another dealership. Called me back to confirm but the interest was higher, which was no problem because it was matched. Went by the dealership on Wednesday night to discuss and ended up with purchasing another CRV in the same color because the lease rate was lower at 0.01% which ended up to be just about the same payment as the new 2016 HRV awd. Devin was courteous, helpful and had integrity. More
