Especially when a distracted driver drove into my rear end, totaling my vehicle and damaging the 4 following vehicles. The Odessey was 2 feet shorter, but I was uninjured. He was friendly, receptive and had lots of info about what we were looking for. we test drove a Civic and found it as expected. The price I paid was the lowest around town so i put a deposit down down. We picked up the car three days after and met Emil Unait in Finances ( cool funny guy) and Carlos Juarez(friendly and knowledgeable).
