Just bought my used car from this dealership. Excellent service and experience with Paige and Joe. Made the whole process easy shuttling me around for paperwork when I came into town. I was looking for a Honda CRV Hybrid , they had 3 available, as they were demo returns, Contacted the dealership and made an appointment , to check out and maybe purchase one. as I lived 2 hours away available, as they were demo returns, Contacted the dealership and made an appointment , to check out and maybe purchase one. as I lived 2 hours away. Drove in to check out the one I was dealing on, wanted to take it for a road test. Salesman said " Sorry" you can't take this one as it has no gas in it, so I took another one, but that was not the one I wanted. Drove back home 2 hours away, and phone back to the dealership wanting to put a deposit on the one I was interested in, but sales manager said they weren't allowed to take deposits' on used vehicle's. But later I phoned back to find out the vehicle was sold to someone else, Not impressed by there lack of communication and organization , especially when I had an appointment and drove 2 hours to see the vehicle . I guess they just didn't want my business. More
