He helped I requested further information on a vehicle on the wheatonhonda.com website and within minutes I had an email response from Cam Headrich !! He helped me by email as that worked better for me, I drove down from Fort McMurray and picked the vehicle up the same day!! The whole staff has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Cam H was so understanding and thoughtful with the needs/wants I had requested in a vehicle, his knowledge of the Honda line helped guide us through our purchase. Buyers Beware! I had a horrendous experience at this dealership. They tried to rip me off on my trade-in and grossly inflated the price of the vehicle. They would no I had a horrendous experience at this dealership. They tried to rip me off on my trade-in and grossly inflated the price of the vehicle. They would not allow me to see what they were offering me for my trade-in and stated that they would only allow me to see the interest rate I was being offered, after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I went to a different Honda dealership who told me what my trade-in value was, the interest rate, and my monthly payments were significantly less. The other dealership showed me everything up front. Wheaton was not willing to give me any information other than monthly payment cost and even went to the extent to tell me that all dealerships operate this way, which I know is not true. Buyers beware! More
