Ask all the terms and conditions before you sign the papers Walked into this dealership and no one served us for 20 mins until we told the receptionist we were leaving because no one is free to serve us. Had the test drive by ourselves with no one really explaining the features (we did research online before the test drive) to us. Anyway, i think is okay to have the test drive ourselves so we can test all the features we had researched. Remember to ask all the term and conditions before agreeing to the price they offered. E.g. Lifetime free oil change will be voided if you stop servicing at the dealership. Explanation and presentation of the vehicle at delivery was awesome! I would say overall experience is on average and we will try out other dealership for our next car to get more services before signing the papers. More
No time for servicing I have tried four times to bring my van in for a oil change/transmission fluid change. It is first come, first serve and they simply cannot keep up to the demand. Every time I have gone in, it was a minimum 3 hour wait. Who has time to sit around for 3 hours for an oil change? If you are going to sell vehicles, you better ensure you have the manpower and mechanics to service those vehicles. I won't be buying my next van at Wheaton Honda if the service levels can't be improved. It is a very frustrating situation. More

FALSIFIED PAPERWORK On Wednesday july 26 I had an oil change done at wheaton Honda. I got home and found service 6 on my paperwork and that the customer agreed to have additional work completed on another date? nobody explained service 6 and I didn't agree, I would have had the work done the same day so my wife called wheaton Honda to learn what service 6 was, because a dirty door was circled on the paperwork? found out it was differential oil change so booked appointment for Friday. rick also forgot to apply the managers special because he was distracted by my mother who came to keep me company while I waited for the oil change and told my mother that I should have come to my oil change alone because she distracted him? rude in my opinion I can bring who I want? he should be more alert and multitask working in customer service. The day l picked it up, was the 1st of July 2017. Also it was Saturday. You can imagine how busy they were. But they were able to get the vehicle ready, do the paperwork and my new Civic left the dealership. Since then l have enjoyed driving it!!!!!! I love it!!!! Thank you very much. Cam Headrick is a real Pro! Just purchased a 2016 Honda CRV, a demonstrator with low km. We live in BC, on the island, but could only find the vehicle we wanted - trim, colour, l Just purchased a 2016 Honda CRV, a demonstrator with low km. We live in BC, on the island, but could only find the vehicle we wanted - trim, colour, low km, at Wheaton Honda. This meant a flight to Edmonton, then a road trip home with my son. All of this was carefully considered in our budget. We completed the negotiations for the car on line, and by text and email. These were balanced, frank, and fair negotiations, and we were very happy with the outcome. Cam Headrick, our salesman, went above and beyond with his customer service. He reimbursed us for our cabfare from the airport, and even for our hotel stay on our long drive home. Cam came in on his day off to facilitate our pickup. During our trip, we noticed that the sun visor had been damaged, something we did not notice at pickup. Also, the car was to come with all weather mats, which were inadvertently not put in the car. When we notified Cam about these issues, he immediately remedied them, and visor replaced at our local Honda dealership , and mats delivered to our home. Cam went above and beyond, and I feel anyone dealing with him will certainly come away feeling pleased. Thanks! More

I went saturday and took my car to service because the lights was flickering and the car was wobbling everytime i pressed the break. I had an appointment at 8 am and waited for a FEW HOURS for the service and was told honda tech was closed and couldnt diagnosed the problem and have to come back during weekdays. And i came back monday they said they will order the parts and need to come back again.I am so disappointed with the service. First , time is very important to me. It was a waste of time and gas. Now taking an off at work during weekdays is not easy for me. Second, why did they sell me the car that is not in good condition? More
