2019 Honda Pilot Touring 7P Well I have to hand it to Wheaton Honda in particular Dan(Daniel) who was able to pull some strings & get the 2019 Honda Pilot that we were looking fo Well I have to hand it to Wheaton Honda in particular Dan(Daniel) who was able to pull some strings & get the 2019 Honda Pilot that we were looking for. Even in the right colour. We did not have much time he didn't have this colour on the lot but last minute we got what we wanted. Now I don't feel I got a great deal on anything really but the experience that I had with Dan, Jona, James was a pleasant one. I was a little bit in a rush and didn't follow my own guidelines. I do realize that there may not be much wiggle room for a new model of a vehicle but for those who are reading this. Make sure things are written down on paper in front of you. All the prices & what each item actually cost. Make sure to get them to break down their dealer cost(I can't remember what they called it). It included the wheel locks and paper processing fees all in one no hidden fees thing. Which means when you get the bill of sale under "This agreement subject to the following additional provision" make sure that everything that was agreed upon & in writing at the sales desk is on this sheet. Make sure the MSRP & Freight & PDI are separated. Make sure you get the Monroney sticker etc. This is what it should look like; MSRP $xxxx Freight & PDI $xxxx Air Conditioner Fee $xxxx Tire Duty $xxxx AMVIC $xxxx All your accessories broken down per item $xxxx (running boards, interior protection, exterior protection etc) Extended Warranty (if purchased) $xxxx Dealer Cost Broken Down per item $xxxx (paper work etc) Dealer already added accessories $xxxx (block heater, locking wheel nuts, etc) Finally before you sign anything take the vehicle that you are about to purchase for a test drive!!! ***VERY IMPORTANT*** The reason for the test drive is I seem to have a steering issue with my Honda in which I now need to get looked at. Unfortunately for me I am 1500 km away from that particular dealer and 1200 km away from the closest Honda Dealer. All in all good experience. Thanks your friendly Yellowknifer. More
Scam...just simple oil change turn into unnecessary repairs I took my CRV to change oil and always, I receive a phone call that I need to change my rear brakes and the the brakes fluid is dirty and needs to be I took my CRV to change oil and always, I receive a phone call that I need to change my rear brakes and the the brakes fluid is dirty and needs to be changed. Well, I just changed the brakes so I took the vehicle to the mechanic that changed the brakes and, according to him, the brakes pads are not worn (still at 70%), and the brakes fluid is very clear. This is on atop of other visits where they took advantage of me (probably because I am a woman). I just hope that somebody (maybe some of the owners or top managers) see this and make sure that this gauging of customers is not going to happen in this place and that the service people that "excel" at this scheme are penalized. And I have corroborated similar stories with others that were gauged by Wheaton Honda. Definitely not recommended dealership! More

Finally a dealer that is straight up! Went to 2 other Honda dealers before ending up here.. was treated like I had no idea at the other 2 places as they wouldn't even give me the actual pr Went to 2 other Honda dealers before ending up here.. was treated like I had no idea at the other 2 places as they wouldn't even give me the actual price of the car I was looking at only a payment which didn't make sense as I am able to do the math. Was referred to Aaron Stachiw at Wheaton Honda (one of the managers) and he was very thorough and actually told me what I was getting for a trade value, and the ACTUAL price of the car I was looking at. Im amazed how all these other dealerships won't even give you a price even though all the info is online. If you are in the market for a car I strongly recommend Wheaton Honda as they are actually honest (amazing I know) Thanks to everyone I dealt with at Wheaton for making buying a car painless! More

Service department let down. Brought in car for service, $700 later problem still exists. As per recommendation changed other parts as well for another $600. Still the same.
