What can I say? Just wow! Raj (my salesman) is an absolute down to Earth, and a no nonsense type of guy. He helped me pick out the perfect CRV. He never tried to sel Just wow! He never tried to sell me anything I didn't need like accessories, extended warranties, etc. He knew my budget, and he stuck to it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me as he explained everything, so I could make an informed decision, and get the best vehicle for my money. Cars have changed so much electronically in the last 10-15 years. Jonah walked me through all the bells and whistles of my new ride, taking his time to demonstrate, and letting me try things for myself, until I was satisfied. Everyone in the financial team, Eli, Andrew and Yasser, made financing and paperwork a breeze. Thanks to them, I was able to drive out with my new car from the dealership the next day. The entire team at Wheaton Honda was exemplary. They really treated me like family and with respect for the customer. This is the model dealership, and what others should strive to be. I'm looking forward to returning here for servicing, and any of my other car related needs. More

Buyers beware these people sell used vehicles with known problems. Their communication with customers sucks as they wont make phone calls to tell you when your vehicle is done. They threatened to put a lien on my vehicle because I had not responded to their text about work being completed no phone call or voicemail required that said! Shady operation for sure More

The day I went pick my car, the car started would not work and they discovered that the car battery is dead. I thought that was pretty bad. Was relatively easy to get in to test drive and get the finances delt with. I was not really haggling the price because it was priced reasonably well. Went in to this dealership to buy a car I had seen on the website, the staff were very friendly and warm welcoming. Evans was very quick to greet us and inquired about what we were looking for. Evans showed us the vehicle in question and encouraged us to take a test drive. During our visit Evans really took the time to get to know us and made the visit a lot more personable. There was no pressure to buy anything right away and he was able to answer questions quickly and confidently. If he was unsure about an answer he went to find one from one of his colleagues. Mitch with Finance was also great to deal with. Mitch was honest about pricing and gave recommendations on packages he thought would be suitable for the vehicle and advised what he didn’t think was needed. Mitch was also able to explain the warranties to us in greater detail, answering any other questions we had. Overall it was a great experience. More
