Sales staff was great, but from the time we signed for the car and then left the lot with it, I was very disappointed. Then they tried to add on a couple thousand dollars to the sale, one of which was a $1000 dealership fee that was not part of the deal. They had to “call Honda direct” do remove it. Shouldn’t be there in the first place as sales said there were no other fees. Finance was very pushy for extended warranty. We should have been in and out in 30min, but it took 2.5hrs to get our car. Has a 1 PM appointment only to watch the car parked outside for 3 hours. They run the service Centre like a poorly managed walk in clinic where you wait for others to be done regardless of the appointm outside for 3 hours. I seriously question whether this dealership can be trusted and feel compelled to caution potential buyers. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline from this dealership five years ago, believing the mileage at t trusted and feel compelled to caution potential buyers. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline from this dealership five years ago, believing the mileage at the time to be 99,579 km, as stated. They even provided a Carfax report, which, upon closer inspection now, appears to have been manipulated or printed in a way that concealed the truck's actual mileage. I was shocked and embarrassed to discover yesterday, during a trade-in process, that the truck's mileage had been altered by an astonishing 60,000 km. The humiliation of trying to explain this to the other dealership, while being completely unaware of the alteration, was deeply frustrating. This incident represents a severe breach of trust and is incredibly disappointing. This was my first experience with this dealership, and it will undoubtedly be my last. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. More
