I seriously question whether this dealership can be trusted and feel compelled to caution potential buyers. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline from this dealership five years ago, believing the mileage at t trusted and feel compelled to caution potential buyers. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline from this dealership five years ago, believing the mileage at the time to be 99,579 km, as stated. They even provided a Carfax report, which, upon closer inspection now, appears to have been manipulated or printed in a way that concealed the truck's actual mileage. I was shocked and embarrassed to discover yesterday, during a trade-in process, that the truck's mileage had been altered by an astonishing 60,000 km. The humiliation of trying to explain this to the other dealership, while being completely unaware of the alteration, was deeply frustrating. This incident represents a severe breach of trust and is incredibly disappointing. This was my first experience with this dealership, and it will undoubtedly be my last. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. More
