A wonderful experience My husband and I went to this Honda deanship to service my 5 yr. old Honda Civic. While there we looked at the new Hondas in the show room. I fell in My husband and I went to this Honda deanship to service my 5 yr. old Honda Civic. While there we looked at the new Hondas in the show room. I fell in love with a 2016 pearl white Honda Civic Turbo Touring with black leather interior. A customer service agent, named Jocelyn Barton, made my experience so pleasurable that I ended up buying the car. Jocelyn was so personable, friendly and professional; we bonded almost immediately and the whole experience was fun with no pressure to buy. Thank you Jocelyn for such a great afternoon and a great car! More

Exensive problems appeared after servicing at Honda West Hondas last forever and I've owned three of them . I had no issues with my car until I started servicing at Honda west. 4 months later, 3000k later an Hondas last forever and I've owned three of them . I had no issues with my car until I started servicing at Honda west. 4 months later, 3000k later and a destroyed engine that needs replacing, I consulted with other mechanics who say that the method used in the last repair actually may have caused more damage. Why a month after servicing did I have alternator and battery problems, then another month later something clicking around in my engine? Is it because I'm a single mom who knows little about cars and doesn't have time to research .... I just want to be able to trust a dealership.....for the life of my vehicles. Won't be going back t Honda West. More
