I love dealing with Honda West. The sales person I dealth with Keith Duckett was knowledgable and professional and let me make desicions at my own pace. Darrell Fujita in service is always friendly and joking with you. Darrell spins his monitor around so you can see exactly what is going on when you bring your car in for service. That level of transparency gives me great confidence that I am dealing with a trust worthy person. Kara Heinemeyer in the business office was brand new when I dealth with her to set up the financing on my new Accord. She was professional and always super friendly. She was able to make sure all my questions got answered even though she was very new at Honda West. It's very re-assuring as a customer to see a consistent level of high quality service across every departments at Honda West. More
My wife and I had a particular set of questions we had to inform our purchase for our needs and budget. Jim Sarantis was the only salesman and Honda West was the only dealership of the five dealerships we c inform our purchase for our needs and budget. Jim Sarantis was the only salesman and Honda West was the only dealership of the five dealerships we considered who actually answered all our questions. Everything was on the table, there was nothing hidden. Jim seemed to want to earn our business. Other dealerships seemed to want to sell us a vehicle. There is a big difference in that for us. Furthermore, the dealership was clean and inviting, and on our first visit staff were pleasant and helpful (not vulture like) - we can't say that of all the other dealerships. Purchasing from Honda West was a pleasant and satisfying experience. Thank you. More
My wife and I were in the market for a new (used) vehicle for our growing family. We decided on either the Chevy Suburban or Ford Expedition. Our search took us to many Ford and Chevy dealerships where the tired and over used sales clichés where laid on pretty thick leaving us both unimpressed with the experience. We found a well priced Ford Expedition at Honda West so we decided to pay Brice a visit. Our experience with Brice was excellent. He was very transparent in his pricing and the no price negotiations made for an easy and stress free purchase. At Honda West the price is the price and in our case it was very competitive. Brice explained Honda West makes their money with lower margins and higher volumes and then proceeded to show us what they stood to make on our purchase, as I said totally transparent. Brice was knowledgeable with the vehicle, despite it being a Ford and when I requested a set of winter tires at cost to close the deal he was able to deliver without hesitation or having to “check with his manager for approval”. If you are looking for a well priced vehicle without the usual tactics employed in vehicle sales than go see Brice at Honda West. More

The sale person we dealt with was very nice and customer services oriented and we would like to thank him for that. Our concerns are on Mr. Brice Ernst. We loved a 2007 BMW 328XI which had some issues: Warning sign on the dash = We were asked to get the car to BMW retailer to have that check at our own time and cost. Cracks on windshield = He agreed to replace it. 04 regular tires and No spare tire instead of 04 Run Flat Tires as no room in the trunk for a spare tire. When we asked him to work on the price of the car he said No. And he said we are selling the car the way is it. I was surprised that he expressed it in the following way: "THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN" As a customer that was a splash coming from someone who is a manager. That is not the way a sale manager responds to a customer. We were trying to point out some safety issues but his responses were not professional and he tried to blame us. I will not recommend anyone to deal with him and I do not think that is the spirit the owners want to show customers... Thank you! More
This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Honda West. Everyone is so friendly even when I'm just checking out the vehicles. There's always a fresh pot of coffee available. I'm treated like a family friend whenever I call or drop in. I have recommended many family members, friends and coworkers talk to Robert Blough at Honda West. My son drives a Honda West vehicle, my boss spoke with Robert and bought a new Civic from Honda West. Prices are comparable with those listed on Car Cost Canada, so I know I'm getting a good price from Robert. Jim Sarantis is a great salesperson. He appreciated my knowledge of cars and what I wanted in accessories. Once I made my decision to buy the awesome 2013 Civic (2 dr coupe Rally Red), they were able to tag one from the production line. I love the new car, it has awesome design inside/out and talk about toys & whistles, it has it all. I highly recommend Honda West for buying a new or used vehicle. Ask for Robert or Jim and you won't be disappointed. I won't consider buying from anyone else or anywhere else. Diane Roberts More
Terrible experience. What started off on a great foot, turned bad very quickly. Negotiating involved lots of games. Although they admitted mistake and even apologized, they said they weren't going to honor our original deal and that I wouldn't find a cheaper vehicle any where else. My sales person Keith, offered very little to help and even pointed out to me that he wasn't being paid any commission since he didn't sell enough vehicles this month. No clue why he shared that with me. This is truly the most awful dealership experience I've had in Calgary. Luckily the other Honda dealerships are plenty happy to give me great service and get me the vehicle i need. More

Just yesterday, I picked up my new 2013 CRV that I purchased through Jim Sarantis from Honda West. My experience with Jim has surpassed all my expectations. His approach to customer service is like nothing I have ever experienced. He is honest, fair, kind and trustworthy. These are terms that are not often use when describing someone in vehicle sales, but they apply to Jim. I never felt rushed or pressured during my purchase experience with Honda West. Jim stayed late one night answering all my questions and not once did I feel as though I was taking too much time. In addition, he was very transparent about my financial options with a new vehicle. I would go so far as to say that my experience with Jim was like dealing with family. Jim also added in the little extras such as offering to photograph my daughter and I with our new vehicle. And of course, my daughter's key chain his Honda "bling," thanks to Jim.
