Karla Schultz consistently goes above and beyond in my view. She is friendly, patient, always in a good mood and very product knowledgeable .Her customer service skills are superlative and way above average. Honda West was the 3rd Honda dealership that I visited for my Civic purchase. Mei Steinmann was the first person reached me when I walked in on a Tuesday night. Her customer service was excellent, very fr for my Civic purchase. Mei Steinmann was the first person reached me when I walked in on a Tuesday night. Her customer service was excellent, very friendly, not pushy, and very patient to go back and forth to the manager to get a good price for me. A week later, I decided to purchase my car from Honda West. I went in, confirmed payment detail/plan, paid my deposit. Mei then passed my profile to Kara Heinemeyer to carry on. HERE IS WHERE MY UNSATISFACTORY STARTED!! Kara wasn't carrying a very friendly/good attitude at the beginning. She wasn't efficient at answering/returning my phone calls neither replying my e-mails. I always had to either go through Mei or the reception to TELL KARA to get back to me. It made me feel that I was no longer needed to serve well since I've paid the deposit! When we finally spoke on the phone, she asked: "What's going on?". I was pretty pissed to hear that. She should know why I'm contacting her if she had paid attention to my messages carefully. ONE DAY BEFORE I PICKED UP MY CAR, Kara told me to bring a void cheque, proof of insurance, and the other co-signer needed to be present. Once again, I was pissed. On the day when I paid my deposit, I already asked her what I would need to bring when picking up my car, she said she would let me know when the car's in. However, Peter was the one who contacted me on Monday, 2 days before I picked up the car. And Peter didn't tell me what to prepare, then Kara didn't get in touch with me till Tuesday. I had to prepare everything in rush! Finally, I got everything ready. I went in to pick up my car, and there was another BIG problem! I was told that I need to pay at least $18000 down payment in order to get a 3.99% interest rate; and my brother (the co-singer of the civic) couldn't get into the loyalty program if I don't do so. THIS IS NOTHING I'VE INFORMED BEFORE. EVERYTHING WAS DIFFERENT THAN THE DEAL THAT WE GOT BEFORE!!!! Kara didn't find that out until she was printing off my profile that morning. Even though we found the solutions at the end, I and my brother were very unsatisfied with Kara's performance. I felt really bad for Mei because she served us very well, and suddenly everything went down with Kara. All of the "Great's" I rated above are because of Mei Steinmann. I would recommend her to my friends who's wanting to purchase a Honda, but I will WARN them NOT to do business with Kara Heinemeyer. More
Have brought my car here for nearly 20 years (the same car - a '91 Honda Civic that I purchased in the province in which I previously lived). Service has always been great, and it's this consistency that keeps bringing me back. Super friendly, I feel like they're being honest and not telling me to have unnecessary work, and good with shuttle service. However, I do miss the fact that they used to detail my car completely (this was years and years ago), and I'd pay a little extra to have this done for me when I pick up my car (voucher for car wash is nice, but would prefer it all in one shot). All in all - awesome! More

I initially chose Honda West out of convenience to my home as it was the closest location. I did some research online including visiting Honda West's website of inventory for both new and used vehicles. home as it was the closest location. Within a day of submitting a request for more information on a new Honda Accord I was contacted by a sales representative to come into the sales office. He went over their inventory on hand based on my criteria and we were off on a test drive within a half hour. By the end of the day (actually 1 1/2 hours) I had test driven the car, selected my options, traded in my used Honda Accord and had the deal done. Within 3 days all of the options I had selected were complete and I went in to drop off my old car and pick up the new one. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Honda West to anyone looking to buy a new Honda. More
