I am in the market for a new CRv ExL. After a very unpleasant experience at Village HOnda I went to Honda WEst. Because Keith had other business that he must attend, Majed spent a lot of time with me.He evaluated my trade in and then explained the price he could offer. Then we looked at the new vehicle and once again he explained every dollar.The result is that I will probably return to Honda West on Monday and get the Crv. I appreciate the "up front " explanations.....no xx here. And I applaud the dealership for having such friendly and sincere staff. I WAS GREATLY IMPRESSED More
Honda West is almost like my second home and the people we've dealt with are almost like my extended family. For years we have been going to Honda West and have purchased probably 5 or six Honda cars from we've dealt with are almost like my extended family. For years we have been going to Honda West and have purchased probably 5 or six Honda cars from Civic to Accord to Ridgelines for my sons and for ourselves. Also we have recommended friends and family to Honda West and to our particular Salesperson in the name of Majed Larbe. Recently, my husband and I returned our 2010 Ridgeline and leased a 2014 Ridgeline Touring. The good thing really with the staff at Honda West is they make things happen for us. They walk the talk. I gave a call to Mr. Larbe around the third week of January. I expressed to him our needs and he said "let me look into it and I will see what I can do". Never really thought much of it because my lease wouldn't have expired until April 2014. A day or two after I got a call from Majed and said he has a 2014 Ridgeline for me. It was like no sweat at all. Majed is the kind of person that is "addictive". LOL! I don't know how else to describe him. This is really true. There were times when my husband and I wanted to try another brand of car. Just to taste the finer things in life or the most ordinary ones, but it's funny....we always end up going back to Honda and not only Honda but to HONDA WEST! We've plastered our faces probably in your dealership now because we've been dealing with Honda West probably for over eight years now and truthfully No regrets whatsoever. Whether in service or in sales. Then Majed referred us to Mr. Peter Erasmus who I thought was the most comforting and assuring guy I've ever talked to. At first I thought we won't have a chance to get approved since we transferred our leasing from personal to business account. But my goodness, it's like in Honda West, nothing is impossible. Peter just went above and beyond his call of duty. It was like nothing will come between us and the chance to get what we needed. He just made things happen and in a flash. He was so professional, knowledgeable, down to earth and just made us so comfortable with him. He phoned me probably 7 times in one day just to make sure that we were on the same page, what requirements were needed, when to pick up the truck, etc. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was that when we picked up the car on the 29th of January we never had the chance to see Peter again. My husband and I didn't have a chance to say a BIG THANK YOU TO HIM for all that he's done for us. I hope that in the next 3-4 years when we get another new car he will still be there to deal with us. I should never end this review without mentioning Gabe Gamauf who gave us all the paperworks to sign. He was a very pleasant and upbeat gentlemen. Although we realized that he's still new in this position, he was a very knowledgeable manager and very capable with the business he's in. I really don't mind dealing with him again. Whoever reads this review....I would like to commend your dealership and the staff that you have. Other businesses not just car dealerships should learn from your management. I have dealt with a Honda dealer for 7 years. The service offered by Honda West is equal to and better than that which I had previously received. At 82 I have have been through at least 8 purchases service offered by Honda West is equal to and better than that which I had previously received. At 82 I have have been through at least 8 purchases of new cars from various makes and so on. I think I know how to call the shots objectively. I expect the highest and have received it from the sales person, financial manager and total processing of the purchase. I managed 130 staff and 12 supervisors and worked also as an adviser to the Minister of Social Services. Keep up the excellent service. Bob Howell More
My experience with Wayne Brown was a very pleasant one. I wanted to trade my vehicle in for the best possible price and shop for a new Honda CRV. When I met Wayne I was unsure of the process and a little ov wanted to trade my vehicle in for the best possible price and shop for a new Honda CRV. When I met Wayne I was unsure of the process and a little overwhelmed with shopping by myself. Wayne put me at ease right away with his friendly way and gave me all of the information I needed. He was professional and never pushy. I did go to another dealership as had two vehicles on my list. While the other sales person was not pushy, I found him disinterested and didn't feel comfortable with him on the test drive. I was pleasantly surprised with the Honda CRV and under impressed with the other SUV I had on my list. When it all boils down, the product speaks volumes, but as a single female looking for a new car it was Wayne's personality and care that won in the end. Thank you Wayne for making my experience such a nice one! More

She was not pushy, and she really tried to find out what we needed in a new car and she made sure we got the car we wanted at the pri accommodating. Gabe, on the other hand, provided us with all the information we needed in deciding about getting extra protection for the car. What we loved about Gabe was that he took the extra mile of finding us an extended warranty that was better priced than what we originally decided on and it was even a better warranty program for the car in terms of covered mileage and number of years. He has been very transparent with all the inclusions in our package and has always been available for questions. More
I was doing some preliminary internet car shopping, requesting quotes from various dealers, and Mei responded within just a few hours of my first contact with Honda West. Although there wasn’t a vehicl requesting quotes from various dealers, and Mei responded within just a few hours of my first contact with Honda West. Although there wasn’t a vehicle on their lot that exactly matched what I was looking for, Mei proactively suggested something very similar, that I hadn’t considered. She provided all the information I asked for in my initial email, plus some extra material. We emailed back and forth a couple of times, and Mei’s responses to all the questions I had were quite helpful and came very quickly. Her email style is clear, informative, and professional. Although in the end the car she suggested was not quite what I was looking for, I would certainly recommend anyone I knew who was looking for a new or used Honda to contact her! More

Majed always goes the extra mile and the personal touches he adds to his business dealings are always memorable and keep us coming back. Things like storing our bar codes and personal backup information for our vehicle on his personal telephone for future emergencies, remembering special occasions in our lives (birthdays, anniversaries etc.), sending thank you cards, spending one on one time with us to ensure we understand how to operate the new features in the vehicle, and following up with phone calls to see if we are doing okay or have any additional questions are all examples of his exemplary service. Quite frankly I can't imagine dealing with any other salesman because he has set the bar so very high! His customer service is second to none. More
It was the Friday morning of an August weekend this past year, and I found myself in need of a vehicle to go away on holidays that Sunday (my aging vehicle – NOT a Honda - had decided that morning that it w year, and I found myself in need of a vehicle to go away on holidays that Sunday (my aging vehicle – NOT a Honda - had decided that morning that it was not in the mood for a road trip). Having heard of Honda West and Majed Larbe from a business associate, I gave Majed a call at about 10am. Right from that first encounter, Majed and the entire Honda West team have been outstanding! It was a very busy day for me at work preparing to leave on vacation and I had little time for a car purchase; Majed arranged everything by phone and email, including financing with Honda, and by 2pm we had selected my new 2013 Honda Civic and completed the deal. The absolutely incredible part was that Honda West managed to prepare the vehicle including all of the protection packages that I wanted applied to the interior and exterior for pickup on the Saturday afternoon – including registration! I had done my due diligence prior to signing and no other dealer came close in price and all had told me that there was no way I would be able to complete a deal, apply the protection packages and pickup my new car within what was essentially 24 hours. My wife was so impressed with my new Honda and the customer service that I received, two months later she purchased a 2014 CR-V Touring – her dream car - from Majed. When winter came, we went back to Majed for winter tires with rims, and all season floor mats for both cars; and while others in my office were scrambling and having to wait days for an appointment at their dealerships for winter tires along with everyone else in Calgary, we were both driving safely on the snowy roads. I recently had my first oil change done and I received the same outstanding customer service from the Service Department. Great product, great people with great attitudes and very competitive pricing. In a few years when my daughter is ready, she will get my Civic and I have my eye on my next dream car – the Honda Pilot! It’s so refreshing to have a relationship with a company that works so hard to earn our business. We love our Hondas! Thank you Majed Larbe and thank you Honda West. I booked an appointment in November for oil change for my Honda Accord 2012 purchased from Hondawest. My wife dropped off the car and when she went to pickup the car she was given invoice of $281.22, instea Honda Accord 2012 purchased from Hondawest. My wife dropped off the car and when she went to pickup the car she was given invoice of $281.22, instead of $50.27 for oil change. Hondawest did service of $223.88 plus $39.95 for checking tire pressure all this without getting my approval or permission. I received invoice from Crystal Martin, and I wanted to talk to her on phone but she never replied, I explained the issue to other agents on phone to Darrin and one more agent, they noted my concern and said they will explain to Crystal, they transferred call to her but she didn't pickup, 3rd time I call and left a voice message for her with my name and contact number but she never contacted me. I visited personally but even the Manager service at Hondawest could not explain me why they did extra service and charged without my permission. More
