Jeremy for MVP! We shopped around for a CR-V. Jeremy returned my call on Tuesday as soon as the dealership opened and he listened to what I was looking for and how I We shopped around for a CR-V. Jeremy returned my call on Tuesday as soon as the dealership opened and he listened to what I was looking for and how I wanted to proceed. We went Thursday, took a test drive and Jeremy had the deal set. Having shopped around we knew it was a good one. We waited a little bit for the finance guy. We were driving away when we realized that one discount had not been applied so we called Jeremy. Jeremy had an email for us when we got home with all the discounts. We picked up our car on a Saturday and it was waiting for us. While waiting to complete the finances, Jeremy walked through the car and helped us program our Bluetooth, no time waisted. Jeremy went above and beyond and truly deserves MVP for this sale. More

Awais was very accommodating with the financial aspects, answering all my questions, and arranging for me to pick up my vehicle a bit later because I was travelling. When the time came, Sam even picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. On his day off. Now that's dedicated service! I highly recommend Honda West and Sam in particular! Keith in particular went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable with my selection, outlined all my options, and went over the operation of my new car with clarity and patience. Gabe kept me in the loop with respect to the transfer of ownership, insurance, etc. and the ultimate hand-over. I felt I was in good hands throughout the entire purchasing procedure.
