Bob, the service manager, went above and beyond to help my situation - even took another staff member out to pick me up and switch out vehicles when a rare service need occurred. All gentlemen handled follow-up calls to and from me in a prompt and capable manner. Honda West is a truly professional and customer focused dealership. Honda West's used car price may not be the lowest (being a dealer) but often comes between private sales price and what other dealers are selling. In return, we got the Honda certified used warranty package and Honda West's own used car package (RE: security package + 1-year tire-rim insurance) which complemented the Honda certified warranty very well. Wayne and Craig were very accommodating with our request including our unusual request to swap my almost new tires (on the Odyssey) with the tires on the Pilot. Overall, the buying experience was top notch. More
