New Car I was looking for a more fuel efficient car which lead me to Honda. Unfortunately, Honda West must have an excellent reputation because all three cars that we were going to look at sold in less than 24 hours! Just to see how it felt to drive a Honda Civic, Jocelyn had me drive a demo. After talking with her about the prices we ended up purchasing a brand new 2014 Honda Civic must to my delight! Gabe was great in finance to get us rolling and Peter in finance was wonderful to us when we arrived to pick up our car a week later to finish up our paper work. Was it worth the two hours drive to buy a car - yes it was. Price did not compare to what we had been looking at in our own area and the service we received was excellent. More

Fun new 2015 Fit Needed a small commuter/getting around the city car. Fit is very spacious for a small family of four with the large dog in the back. Great control on the slippery Calgary streets with a great set of winter tires installed when we picked up the car. Right side camera for blind spot checks very effective. Absolute pleasure to fill up the tank and stop around $35 (instead of >$55 with previous vehicles for the same kilometers). Significant delays on the delivery date but the dealership was apologetic and ensured that we drove away feeling that they understood that we were inconvenienced. Besides that, excellent sales team service. More

After test driving the Fit and Civic ....and then to another dealer to test drive another vehicle...I came back to Honda West. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. Not like I was just a number in a store. I bought the car I wanted and was not oversold on any extras that I did not need. There was no pressure and Matt (finance) helped me go through the options to get the best deal. Once the car was ready for pick up Paul took the time to walk me through the features of the car...and also said to call back if I ever needed any help! I would highly recommend Honda West and if I need another call....I will be coming back! More
