Jeremy bent over backward I want to comment on a great experience in dealing with Sales Consultant, Jeremy Hensel, and Honda West Calgary in general. Jeremy bent over backwards to insure I was happy with my eventual decision. I was no pushover and the shopping process took a couple of weeks. Jeremy was patient, not pushy and his honest attitude really impressed me. Before purchasing I shopped around to confirm the price was fair. Jeremy advised when the vehicle would be ready, and we picked up the vehicle without the slightest issue. This is the 4th Honda I've purchased and though I've had good experiences in the past I have to say Jeremy provided me the best customer service I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I'll also mention the nice job the Financial Service Manager, Matthew Baille provided. Not pushy, just stating the facts for options on extended warranty, paint, undercoating protection, etc. I would recommend Honda West to my friends and family and I would suggest them to track down Jeremy for no pressure, honest sales at a very fair price.
