To my surprise, they had a nice range of used vehicles available & they even had my 'dream vehicle'. Steve & Brice were extremely helpful in providing me with pros & cons, in respect to my preferred vehicle choices. The asking price for my 'soon-to-be' vehicle was definitely appropriate, & much lower than I had seen elsewhere. Gabe, in the financing department, treated me as an individual with sincere respect in regards to my financial situation. He took pride in finding a suitable financial plan, & at the time of the purchase, he continued to provide comprehensive explanations of all proceedings. Steve always ensured my purchase was to be a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Brice took out the time to review all the unfamiliar features of the vehicles, which there were many. Even though the entire purchase process was highly commendable, they continued with their post-sale follow-ups. 2015 Civic I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from this dealership, more specifically from Nadeem Khan, earlier this month and it was a really positive experience. I I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from this dealership, more specifically from Nadeem Khan, earlier this month and it was a really positive experience. I came in on Saturday afternoon with my husband and 2 year old, so the lounge was very helpful, stocked with tea, coffee, water and vending machine, even a play area for kids with books and blocks etc. My husband enjoyed the comfy couches and looking after our daughter while I went out on my test drive and worked with Nadeem on pricing, features and financing. We agreed on a deal pretty quickly and they gave me a fair price on my trade in (first try) I had been to 3 other dealerships in the week prior who gave me very low ball offers and wasted my time. Nadeem was very friendly and helpful and worked with me to get the pricing to where I needed it to be, which was helpful. Everything was smooth and painless.. I signed the deal and gave a deposit on Saturday and by Thursday I had by brand new car all ready for me. When I came to pick it up it was quick and easy. I signed my papers and got a tour of the vehicle and the features. Nadeem helped me set up my preferences and synced my phone. The only disappointment that I had was when I bought the car on the Saturday he told me it came with a free 3 month trial for Sirius XM Radio, but in fact it didn't. I had spent 30 mins on the phone with Sirius earlier that day switching over my account to the new car, etc. So it was a let down to find out it was all a waste of time. Awais was the financial manager who I worked with, and he was very organized and the process was streamlined and very straight forward. There were no surprises when it came time to sign the contract, which I appreciate. Overall I enjoyed the dealership and the staff there, the girls at the front desk were very helpful as well, even going out of their way to try to get my ipad logged on to their free wifi so my daughter could watch a movie on Netflix. I would recommend going to this dealership over the Honda dealership on Lake Fraser drive 100 percent..I did not enjoy my experience there. More

Darrin did a great job explaining the process and getting us a great deal. On delivery day we had to wait a few minutes for everything to be ready, but Darrin kept us in the loop and worked hard to get everything done quickly. Darrin was very knowledgeable of the Pilot's systems and did a great job explaining everything to us. More
