This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Darrin at Honda West and it couldn't have been a better experience. I bought my first 2008 Civic from him a few years and I LOVE my car. When it was time for my husband and I to purchase a second car, we did our research and found the new HRV. We went back and met with Darrin, went for a test drive, he told us everything there was to know about this new model (he definitely knows his stuff!) and we ended up buying it. We then met with Gabe in Finance who made it very easy to spend our money :) He reviewed all of our options with protection plans and warranties and helped us make the best choice to protect our brand new vehicle. Since we purchased a new model, we had to wait a few weeks for it to come in to the dealership. Gabe was great at letting us know when it arrived and set us up to come in on our day off (we were traveling from Canmore). He was quick on his email to help set up a day that worked for us. When we went to pick up our new car, even the receptionist remembered us and greeted us. It was an exciting day for us and they all shared in our excitement. Brandon and I are SO HAPPY with our new car and will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade :) More

From the minute I came into the show room, until I picked up my vehicle I was impressed with the prompt respons I recently picked up my new Honda HRV. From the minute I came into the show room, until I picked up my vehicle I was impressed with the prompt response and personalized service I received from everyone I dealt with at Honda West. Darrin did a great job of giving me an overview of my new HRV and its systems and capabilities on delivery day. Seeing as my last vehicle was a 1997 Honda CRV, it was a steep learning curve! Made buying a used car easy Walked in with no appointment to see a used car I wanted to look at for a possible purchase for my daughter. Sam Ghahremani was assigned to us. The car we wanted to look at had been sold that morning but Sam found us a couple of others based on my criteria; safe, mechanically sound, relatively low kms, automatic. We ended up buying a 2011 Nissan Sentra that was the cleanest, lowest kms used car I have ever seen. It was also a great deal. Sam was wonderful to deal with, personable, knowledgable, polite and accommodating. Steve arranged for delivery of the car to my residence when I was unable to pick it up myself,. Sam dropped the vehicle off personally and insisted on it being detailed before delivery although I couldn't see the necessity for it as the car was spotless. I will definitely contact them again when I need to buy another vehicle and unreservedly recommend them to others. Carrie J More
