Another Great Experience Just drove off with our new 2016 CR-V Touring... This is our 3rd trade/purchase at this dealership, and our second from Darrin. This has been the sm Just drove off with our new 2016 CR-V Touring... This is our 3rd trade/purchase at this dealership, and our second from Darrin. This has been the smoothest deal we have made to date, and also appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail that Awais did for completing the Honda Lease agreement and associated paperwork for extras. Because of the frequency we trade our vehicles, Darrin recommended a Honda Lease vs financing this time around. It is something we really hadn't considered before, but once we looked at all the pros and cons, the Honda Lease terms, etc, we decided to go this way. If it wasn't for Darrin's thoroughness during the sales process, we might have missed this. So we traded up from an EX-L to a Touring edition, and have lower monthly payments for the same term. Darrin is also the most through salesman we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. He easily spends an hour to an hour and ½ explaining every feature in layman's terms so we can get the most benefit out of our new car. This time, he focused mainly on the upgraded/new features over our previous one so we weren't wasting time reviewing things we were already aware of. He also offered to assist with any of these items later if we had any additional questions. We should also mention that we have taken our vehicles to Honda West for all our servicing needs (mostly routine and/or service bulletin-related visits) since moving to Calgary several years ago, and find the service staff to be very thorough and professional. We also really appreciate the shuttle service to downtown so we can leave our car for the day when desired. So in summary, thank you again for a great experience overall. Excellent customer service and competitive prices We were looking to buy a used vehicle, and found that compared to other dealers, Honda West had the most reasonably priced vehicles, so we decided to We were looking to buy a used vehicle, and found that compared to other dealers, Honda West had the most reasonably priced vehicles, so we decided to visit them. The staffs were very friendly, and without any delay, we were greeted by a their staff(Brice). Brice asked us which vehicle we were interested in seeing, our price range, and other relevant questions, and quickly took notes. He then looked into his database, and narrowed down 3 vesicles, which came close to our criteria. He showed us the car proof, and AMVIC, before taking us to the lot to show the cars. We liked a Honda Odyssey, and did a test drive as well. So, we were very impressed by the ease, and transparency of the entire process. There was on us pressure by the staff to buy a car, since the staffs were not commissioned. Finally, their return policy was amazing. We agreed to buy the van, and made a down payment, and Honda West gave us 72 hours period to finalize the deal. We ended up cancelling the deal, because we decided that a suv would be more suited for our needs. Within 3 days, we got our down payment back, hassle free. More
