Dec 2015 Purchase & Jan '16 Service (experience) The used car (a 2011 Honda Accord) salesman seemed the 'say anything he thought would help close the deal, but unfortunately, with NO tangible follow- The used car (a 2011 Honda Accord) salesman seemed the 'say anything he thought would help close the deal, but unfortunately, with NO tangible follow-up on anything promised' type. However, when I brought the car back to report my concerns about the car (to anyone else), Brice was very responsive and helpful, and helped me get the car back in to address the "Honda Certified" shortcomings. Unfortunately, though personnel in Service were pleasant and seemed to mean well, my experience (them dealing with & fixing the issues.. 1st go-round) was mixed, 60:40 at best. Finally, entering Service at Honda West, in your vehicle or on foot, is anything but inviting or convenient. On the plus side, Gabe (finance) was professional very efficient. I can't comment on Service pricing as my work was billed to Used Sales as sales warranty work. More
