By then, I can easily open up my feelings with them,friendly to talk about what car I want and fits my budget. Go talk to Carla! This was the first time I’ve ever bought a new car but not the first time I’ve dealt with a dealership. I have to be honest; my prior experiences were This was the first time I’ve ever bought a new car but not the first time I’ve dealt with a dealership. I have to be honest; my prior experiences weren’t that good. But Carla really went the extra mile for me! I am weary of high pressure sales but Carla was so low key about it, she really made me feel comfortable enough to make my own decision but she was always available when I had questions so I really felt informed. She even answered my email at 1 am! As well, she went so far as to let me take the car that I ended up purchasing home so my fiancé could test drive it because they weren’t able to come down with me. This instilled a feeling of confidence in me that Carla really wanted to help me find a car that would fit me and my family, which is what I was looking for. I will be honest that do wish the price they offered me for a demo model was lower but overall, for a ‘first time buying new’ experience, I can definitely say that I am happy. Also, I can, without hesitation, say that I will buy from Carla again in future! More
