They give you a very good deal if not the best. I sincerely hope that by putting in a good word, they'll strive to keep on doing what they are doing and even surpass it. After a terrible experience at a dealership in Okotoks, I never thought I would deal with Honda again. But Honda West has been great and I definitely recommend it. I was provided details of the latest in the Honda Civic family and a test drive. The comfortable, non-pressured environment made it easy to proceed with the purchase of the car. The Financial Manager Awais Ahmed provided a a detailed breakdown as to options for warranties and financing. Again, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendly approach. His listening skills, professionalism and warmth gave us confidence that he could answer our questions and guide us in the right direction to satisfy complex needs regarding care of grandchildren and love of extensive road trips. Our beloved Toyota Avalon was totalled by an inattentive driver, our insurance co. gave us a rental for only a limited amount of time, and we were stuck paying for a rental for a further 6 weeks while we waited the delivery of our Pilot Touring. Syed treated us like his parents, assuring us he would get some compensation for our commitment and loyal wait. He was as good as his word and was a great teacher during test driving and "in servicing" us on our wonderful high tech vehicle. We enjoyed dealing with Matt Baillie as well and never felt we were being pressured so spend more than we were prepared to. Advice was thoughtful, realistic, and in our best interests all round. We certainly look forward to visiting this dealership for our servicing and recommend it unreservedly. More
