Overall I would say it's satisfactory; although it could be better. Jeremy, the salesperson, was nice and helpful showing the new civic and helped us out with trade-in. Gabe, the finance officer, did the paper work and approval for financing. It was late friday evening so he worked on it on saturday and let us know that we are approved. So we were to pick up the car after our vacation. 2 weeks later when we went in, Gabe was on vacation at the moment and Awais just took over our file. And then Awais, another financing officer, told us Honda would not accept our insurance as the financing was done under my name but our insurance has only my husband's name. (I don't have the drivers license) So either we have to finance it together (and go through the approval again but had to wait as it was thursday evening before long weekend) or add my name on the pink card (and insurance might not agree to do so). For 2 weeks nobody bothered to let us know the honda policy regarding the name on insurance and financing issue… We were there to make a $25k+ purchase and they did not bother to make a quick double check. One phone call ahead the pick-up date could just do the fix, either re-doing the financing or adding me on the pink card. They had 2 weeks to do so. In the end thanks to Jeremy and Awais it all worked out and we took our car (we had to visit again to sign the papers), but still don't get how it could happen with one of the best rated dealers like Honda West. More

Winter upgrade I was quite impressed with Honda West, they did not push me into anything, listened to what I wanted and stuck within my budget. Even up to the day I picked up the vehicle they were still finding ways to save me money. I loved my civic, but let's be honest you need higher clearance around Calgary roads in winter time. The Honda CRV is more than what I imagined and can't wait to tackle the winter. Jeremy and Awais were class acts and I would definitely go back to them. They were both personable and professional and I would reccomend the whole Honda West crew. More

Mr.Awais Ahmed went through all the necessary paper work with ease and in detail. He was very honest and transparent with everything.
