Fabulous Experience at Honda West After years of driving the same car (1998 Toyota Corolla), it was time to find a new car. Honda West (our local Honda dealer) was our first stop, wher After years of driving the same car (1998 Toyota Corolla), it was time to find a new car. Honda West (our local Honda dealer) was our first stop, where we were greeted by Darrin Hurst. He took a personal interest in our reasons for looking at new cars, and tailor-made the discussions around our needs. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge of the Honda Civic. He took the time to review the different "trims" and explained the new features of the 2016 Civic, setting it apart from its predecessors. This was our first "stop", and we decided to look at our types of cars and dealerships. It took us about six weeks to test-drive, review and research all of the different cars and dealerships we were interested in. Darrin kept us apprised of the changes in the Honda incentives throughout the process. We kept coming back to the excellent service we had received, along with Honda West pricing. Nothing compared. Every step of the way left us with total confidence in our purchase, and I am now happily driving my new Honda Civic EX-T, assured by the knowledge, service and pricing offered by Honda West. Based on our experience in buying this car, Honda West is the only dealership in Calgary that I would recommend to anyone looking for either a new (or previously-owned) car. More

The experience at Honda West was a night and day difference compared to one of the other local Honda dealerships who did not seem that interested in having me as a customer: Jocelyn did a great job of showing me all the features of the Accord and she promptly took me on a test drive to make sure it was the right car for me. It was a real pleasure to deal with Jocelyn and at no point did I feel like she was putting me in a high pressure sales situation: I could tell they wanted me as a customer, but the whole experience was comfortable and I left the dealer feeling like I got what I wanted at a price I was happy with. In closing the transaction I worked with Matt Baillie to coordinate the financing and scheduling delivery of my new car. Matt was extremely helpful, first in making sure I had all the right protection/warranty for my new car, and second he promptly returned my calls to answer any of my additional questions throughout the delivery process. In closing I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Honda West, the Accord is great, and all the staff I interacted with were excellent. If you are in the market for a new car, I recommend visiting Honda West so that you can have the same Wow experience I had! More

From initial contact when purchasing a new car, to the service I receive when servicing the car during the time that I own it. Darrin Hurst is my 'go-to' new sales guy and he does a tremendous job of understanding my needs, explaining my options, being patient and not pushing a sale for sales sake, and explaining the process. Then when it comes time to pick up the car he does a fantastic job of explaining the operations of the car to a brilliant level of detail. He really knows his stuff and it's a pleasure dealing with him. Awais made the 'business' side of things slick, smooth and easy. I found salespeople at other dealerships to be unfriendly, unhelpful, annoying, and persistent. At Honda West, everyone was friendly and helpful - not at all pushy, just happy to be there to assist in any way possible. It was a unique car-buying experience! We got a good deal and a ton of information about our new car! Cole took us for a test drive and showed us all the features of the car. He was lovely to deal with and made everything so easy! I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car!! More
