Honest dealer, awesome service, will be back. I first got to know about Honda West when I was reading some CTV news, which showed that Honda West turned out to be one of the only two honest dealer I first got to know about Honda West when I was reading some CTV news, which showed that Honda West turned out to be one of the only two honest dealers among the 22 investigated in Calgary. I went and met Jim for purchasing a 2016 Honda CR-V. Boy did I make a right choice. Great service from the first minute to the paper signing days later. I was utterly impressed by the patience and professionalism from every single staff they have. Very thorough explanation, multiple test drives, sales and finance manager not pushy at all, no hidden costs - overall an absolute 10/10 purchasing experience. I will come back for all my future vehicle purchases without a doubt. I will recommend every friend of mine to come here too. More

Worst service department imaginable The service department at Honda West is unbelievably poor. Over the years we have purchased three Pilots and one CRV (all new) from Honda West... the The service department at Honda West is unbelievably poor. Over the years we have purchased three Pilots and one CRV (all new) from Honda West... the sales department is actually quite good. But, then when you need service they are hopeless. Countless times they have failed to fix a problem or won't believe you when you describe that there is a problem. Or they give your vehicle back but forgot a part. On one occasion the hood deflector came loose and broke off just days after taking delivery of one of the Pilots. I could offer countless more examples of their incompetence but, suffice to say I will just never go back!! More

Outstanding Customer Service!! I have always dreamed of owning a Honda one day! Last month, my hopes and dreams came true and Danyal helped to make the experience truly excellent!! I have always dreamed of owning a Honda one day! Last month, my hopes and dreams came true and Danyal helped to make the experience truly excellent!! He took the time to help me to sort through used vehicles from the computer printouts and very quickly with his guidance and input, we narrowed it down to one to test drive. I purchased it immediately after test driving it and was extremely pleased with the follow up to my purchase. Danyal ensured that the vehicle was in peak condition and that I was a completely satisfied customer. The car was cleaned and polished. The scratches were touched up, and Steve (Danyal's amazing supervisor) ensured that I received a discount on the scratch coating and body rust protector that was applied today. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be ready, Honda West provided me with a complimentary vehicle to drive, so I was not without transportation. This was an excellent help for me, since I did not have to waste time waiting for my vehicle to be ready. Not too many dealers will go the "extra mile" for their customers, but Honda West sure did!! I can highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. They will ensure that you are completely satisfied before you drive away with your purchase. Congratulations Honda West for winning "Dealership of the Year" AGAIN!! :) More

A wonderful experience My husband and I went to this Honda deanship to service my 5 yr. old Honda Civic. While there we looked at the new Hondas in the show room. I fell in love with a 2016 pearl white Honda Civic Turbo Touring with black leather interior. A customer service agent, named Jocelyn Barton, made my experience so pleasurable that I ended up buying the car. Jocelyn was so personable, friendly and professional; we bonded almost immediately and the whole experience was fun with no pressure to buy. Jocelyn is an absolute gem. My experience with her went very well. She is a very warm and engaging person and made the purchase of my vehicle a smooth experience. Should you go to Honda West? Most definitely! Be sure to ask for Jocelyn Barton - Truly a gem of a person and I doubt your experience could get any better than this. Matthew, in finance, was great as well. He made suggestions but was neither pushy nor aggressive about it. More
