I had used Honda West for servicing of my 2005 Honda Civic and was always happy with their work and personnel, so when it came to replacing her, Honda I had used Honda West for servicing of my 2005 Honda Civic and was always happy with their work and personnel, so when it came to replacing her, Honda West was my first stop. I had in mind getting a year-end deal on a 2016 Civic, but quickly determined that I could not afford this. My sales person, Darrin Hurst, did not try to convince me otherwise, but helped me explore alternatives, including looking at Honda West's used vehicles. There was a 2015 silver Honda Civic with all of the features I was looking for, so we took it for a test drive and I knew I had found my car! But I wanted my mechanic to confirm that the car was the gem I thought it was. She checked it over with a fine-toothed comb and declared it "fabulous". Sold! Darrin and the finance manager, Gabe Gamauf, were pleasures to deal with and the whole process was stress-free I look forward to another 10 years of consulting with Darrin and working with the other personnel at Honda West to keep my new car in great condition. More

Their salesperson (Ryan) was extremely professional and helpful, without making me feel pressured or like I was being swindled out of my money. I genuinely feel like I got an excellent deal on my car, not to mention the extra discounts that I was given on parts and services. Dealing with the financing department (Matt) was good as well, a bit more pressure there (which is expected) but nothing near the level of guilt tripping that I experienced at other dealerships. It was a quick process, everything went off without a hitch, and I am super satisfied with my new (to me!) car. I would highly recommend coming here to get your next used car. I will be recommending Honda West to everyone I know. More
