From the minute I walked in and met Steve Lancaster and his team, I felt everything would be alright. The vehicle that was selected turned out to be the one I bought. Gabe Ganouf arranged all the finances, a totally painless experience. He even arranged with my Insurance Agent to have my insurance ready to go and had the registration and plate ready. James Cupidio, made sure the car was good to go when I was able to pick it up. He went over all the paperwork and the whole car with me and took the time to explain everything. The car was in tip top shape when it was ready for pick up. It was a painless, amazing experience. More
Personnel are great. The people and work are fine. Although I make an appt for a specific thing I always have to wait at intake and give the same information again. I ha The people and work are fine. The place needs a coat of paint and the staff's chairs are broken and tattered. Makes me wonder: if Honda West can't maintain their own facility, how good is the maintenance they are doing on my vehicle? More
Personal touch par excellence I went to Honda West late afternoon without any appointment, hoping to get oil change done, mostly expecting that I will have to take an appointment I went to Honda West late afternoon without any appointment, hoping to get oil change done, mostly expecting that I will have to take an appointment for another day. Was pleasantly surprised when Nadine, the service consultant, said she will do her best to accommodate my request, gently advising me about an appointment. She went to the shop and was back in a couple of minutes to confirm that oil change has been arranged. Nadine added very pleasant personal touch in doing all this. I had some freshly brewed coffee while I waited, which was short. Nadine explained me the oil change etc, that cabin filters need change, the next type of service due. She offered and gave me a complimentary car wash coupon, and if I would like bottle of water. It was an oil change only, however I was made to fee so valued as if I was buying a new car! More

Very impressed with the Excellent Customer Service! I just bought a new Honda Odyssey 2018. I love it. The Sales Representative agent was very friendly. I am not very good with new technology, he took I just bought a new Honda Odyssey 2018. I love it. The Sales Representative agent was very friendly. I am not very good with new technology, he took an extended period of time to let me setting things up in the car and from my phone. Incredibly poor customer service. Don't YELL at customers. Seemed nice at first. Then pushy. Made us wait a ridiculous amount of time too while he tried to juggle numerous customers at once. He does not care about finding the right car for you, he only cares about money and makes it very clear. Their prices have no room for negotiation. Very unprofessional, began to argue and even began to YELL inside the dealership while we spoke to him calmly. The vehicle prices are the exact amount they want and most of them are laughable. You can find a better deal elsewhere. DON'T even bother wasting your time here getting treated so poorly. Horrible customer service. All he wanted to do was brag about his white MDX parked outside the dealership. Once he knew we didn't want to pay their ridiculous rates he started yelling at us, screamed at us while we walked out. He was not considerate at all about our needs. Very argumentative. No business skills at all. I've been to numerous other dealerships who treat you with respect. THIS ONE isn't one of them. Very disrespectful. No customer service skills. Most vehicles have damages on them that they can't guarantee they will repair or won't repair it. Save yourself a headache and A LOT of time, go elsewhere. More
Good dealership, poor service Dayal Ahmed - was good to deal with in the beginning. Everyone walks into a dealership with the intent to negotiate some sort of price. When it came to that time, Dayal was absolutely rude and un-professional and started arguing, making faces like we were dumb. Just argued and yelled until we got up and left. Very unreasonable. Told us to "justify the price, and find him a better deal." Buddy....if you disagree on the price and don't want to sell the car, just state, it's not possible, or price is too low. You don't badger and yell, argue non-stop. If you want to be ridiculed and talked over, go see Dayal More
