He volunteered to stay and help us out, but the vehicle was not on the lot and wouldn't be back until the next morning. We said we could stay overnight in Calgary and came back the next morning. Danyal was there to meet us, although he wasn't scheduled to work until 2:00 p.m.We went for a test drive and he answered all of our questions. We proceeded to make an offer to purchase, and we met Syed Haq at that time. He was very nice and told us what he knew about the vehicle. The next week we came to Calgary on the bus to pick up the vehicle and Danyal was there to give us a ride to the dealership. The transaction went smoothly, as we were introduced to Gabe Gamauf to deal with the financial part, he filled in for Awais Ahmed that we had previous email contact with. This was a very relaxed and non-pressured experience and we were treated very well. More

Purchased new tires and had them put on. I am Edith hedderick and I took our Honda Ridgeline in for new tires. My appointment for 10:00 am. Taken right on time and given a ride home till the job was done. They replace four tires as asked with a wheel balance that was needed. Asked if there was one of the old tires good enough for a spare to keep it for me and put a rim on it. Yes the tire no rim put on will have to go back for that again. Asked for my spare (donut tire) to be checked. I am a senior and can not get to it. This was missed also. I went in and asked if the Michelin tires were coming on sale. Told they had 20 left in our size so I bought four. Now I find out new Michelins are coming in October for sale also. Wonder why I was not told this, they may have been better.
