Never relay on Honda west for any kind of used car I bought a Honda civic last night they gave me inspection checked, and certificate , but today morning I took the car for inspection by Canadian tier I bought a Honda civic last night they gave me inspection checked, and certificate , but today morning I took the car for inspection by Canadian tier , it could not pass the inspection, because car has problems, Honda west don't inspect the car properly , inspection form they issued means nothing except lies, what they said about car all were lies, don't relay and never buy car from them, I never recommend to anybody More

Best Customer Service Before going to Honda West I had gone to a few other (smaller) dealerships. Somehow my wife found the same car model on Honda West with a better price Before going to Honda West I had gone to a few other (smaller) dealerships. Somehow my wife found the same car model on Honda West with a better price. I did a quick research and saw good reviews, so I decided to check it out. I called the dealership 30 minutes before they closed and they were happy to tell me that I could drive down to go see the car. The next day I drove there first thing in the morning, got a test drive, and started my purchase. Lloyd was great with me, he did what the other guys didn't do: listen to my requests. Great customer service and attention to details. I would recommend Lloyd to anyone interested in buying a car. More
