Purchase & trade in We decided it was time to update the main vehicle from our 2004 Honda Pilot. Honda West are extremely affable and responsive. My used vehicle was 2 months old and it had a bearing problem. Honda West encouraged me to get an extended warranty and all was covered 100%. In fact, Honda West (Craig Fruin in Used Cars and Sean Holloway (sp?) in Service) were so decent they would have covered the repair just our of sheer decency. The Honda West people are top shelf and are there to support customers on the long term. A rare breed these days. Impressive. More

Jake answered endless questions, advocated for us as his customers, and took the time to explain things in terms we could understand. He is very very knowledgable and also insured we had any information we needed. His easy-going manner was also appreciated. As we waffled between new and used, he helped us by looking at features with us and helping us look at benefits for us as drivers but also as buyers. His efforts were very much appreciated. Matthew in sales was also excellent in explaining things and assisting us with any questions. Very helpful and knowledgable!! Our experience e started a bit rocky, and Jake and management made great efforts to address this and help us in any way they could, which was great to see. Overall, definitely recommend Honda West, but especially Jake and Matt :) More
