Honda West review Honda West is a well organized dealership, both the sales and service departments. The sales persons did not attempt to up sell me (I purchased a base Honda West is a well organized dealership, both the sales and service departments. The sales persons did not attempt to up sell me (I purchased a base model Odyssey). They did not keep me waiting and quickly determined a value for my trade in and a price for the new unit both of which I thought were reasonable. Unfortunately my Odyssey had a bad battery and I had to return to the dealership after a couple of days for a new one. This process went quickly and efficiently and this gave me confidence that Honda West would deal with any future warranty issues, which I hope I do not have. The Odyssey itself handles very well and the engine is peppy and powerful, it is the nicest van I have owned yet. More
