We buy used cars.. "We buy used cars".... what a joke.... The fellow who came to look at the car was about what you would expect for a used car salesman. I had taken my car to 8 other dealerships before I heard the add from Honda West saying that they paid fair market price for cars, I took it in and they offered me $9K below what the next lowest dealership was offering. The reason for the sale was the passing of my father and my mother didn't want thw car anymore. I'm not sure if they thought this would be a good week spot to get a good price or if they are just that bad at running comps. Either way.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM TO SELL!!!! More

Surprise buy. My car was rear ended in the parking lot and the culprit left without leaving a note. A contract for a new car was set up with my car as a trade in. An hour later I was informed that a mistake had been made with the trade in price, which would be quite a bit lower. This price was not acceptable to me. A previous years model was offered in which I had no interest. After more consultation with family, I did buy a new car but did not trade in my car. The services provided and the work that was done was explained to me with perfect clarity by Nadine. I had the option to use the shuttle service to go anywhere in the city while they completed the service work however, I did have work to do so Darrin Hurst, the sales agent who sold me my vehicle set me up in a perfect work cubical complete with plug in’s for all my devices, excellent wifi, coffee and a check in from time to time to insure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. Once the service was complete Nadiane gave me a full run down and a complimentary car wash voucher that just made everything feel shiny and new. This kind of incredible service and genuine interest in my experience as a customer is why I drive from Okotoks, where I live, to Honda West for all my vehicle’s needs. More
