The moment you walk in you are greeted by warm faces. While customer service is expected to be good for these types of purchases, I was wowed by their exemplary service. I was connected with Jim Sarantis to close in on a car I loved. Boy am I ever grateful. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, go through every miniscule detail of the vehicle and the paperwork and I left there feeling wayyy more knowledgeable about my vehicle than I ever thought i would. He is pretty funny too, makes the process far less daunting. Curtis and Jonathan were equally welcoming and informative.
